Chapter 10: The Resistance is Formed!

(3rd's POV)

                 Sonic was heading out on another adventure away from Central City. However, that doesn't mean Dr. Eggman and other villains ever rests. Sonic runs around the world searching for adventures to go on. Tails was at a meeting with GUN about what to do about the security when Sonic is gone.

"So, you want me to help form a team to stop Dr. Eggman when Sonic, Shadow, and Silver are gone?" Tails asked surprised and nervously.

"Please Mr. Prower. It would help us out tremendously if you could form a team of heroes" the GUN representative begged of Tails.

Tails shifted his feet nervously. He did know a few friends that could help them possibly.

"I'll see what I can do" he replied bravely as he left the meeting room.

He took a shaky breath in as Rouge stood beside him.

"Well, that was something. Who did you have in mind, darling?" she asked with a smirk.

"I have friends. I just don't know if they want to help us out is all" Tails admitted.

"You don't know unless you don't try. I'm sure they'll help. Give me a call when you find everyone!" Rouge said with a smile as she walked to the break room.

He just sighed as he left the GUN building. He knew where three members were at. Tails went to the theater Miku and her friends owned. Miku and her friends weren't the only ones who used this. Tails gasped in delight when he saw just the people he was looking for.

"Skye is the microphones ready?!" Mina shouted as she looked at her microphone.

"Almost!" he said weakly as he adjusted the last wire.

"Hey! Skye! What do you think of my dress?!" Melody asked eagerly as she came on stage wearing a purple royal dress.

"Please stop moving! I have to finish the stitches!" Honey said urgently as she ran in with her needles.

Yep, Tails found them.

"Hi everyone!" he greeted warmly as he flew to the stage, "How is everyone?"

Everyone turned their attention to Tails.

"Hi cousin!" Skye greeted as he rushed to give Tails a hug.

"What's up? Wait, don't tell me, is it Dr. Eggman again? I really just wanted a day off!" Mina said with a sigh.

"I thought we would get a chance to practice our duet sister!" Melody said annoyed.

"Stop moving!" Honey shouted annoyed as she tried to sew up the stitches.

Tails just grinned at his friends in delight. It has been a while.

"But what brings you here? Does Sonic need some help?" Mina asked as she approached me with a smile.

"Well, I'm putting together a team. A team to help fight Dr. Eggman when Sonic is gone" he explained.

Everyone was quiet as they starred at Tails. He was a bit nervous now.

"Do we get paid to do this?" Mina asked loudly.

"Mina!" Melody said horrified as she looked at her older sister.

"Just kidding! Of course, we would be happy to help! I just hope this won't interfere with our concerts. Miku is going to be very lucky now that we'll be busy keeping Mobius safe" Mina said with a wave of her hand.

Tails felt very relieved as Honey added, "Though if we do work with GUN, I will demand some kind of pay. After all, a designer needs to make her money somehow"
