Chapter 11: A Few More Wonderful Friends

                  As Silver, Gold, and Professor Von Schlemmer fell from their time portal, the trio landed in a shack near Mystic Ruins.

"Are we ok?" Silver asked as he looked up at the sky.

"I'm fine. Thanks Silver" Gold said with a weak smile.

"That was amazing! We have to do that again!" Professor Von Schlemmer exclaimed in delight.

"No. No we are not" Silver said seriously as he sat up, "I think we are back in the past which is Sonic's present"

"I better tell Sonic about this. Enjoy this time! It is so fun! I'll be back after I talk to Sonic and Shadow about this" Silver said as he teleported away from them.

Professor Von Schlemmer was calculating something on his notepad as Gold looked at the forest in awe. She never saw anything as wonderful as this.

"Oh, are you two lost?" a young blue creature asked as she marched towards them with a map in her hands.

"Oh! No! We were helping Silver out! Then, he took us here. I'm Gold and this is Professor Von Schlemmer" Gold introduced with a friendly smile.

"That's nice! I'm Relic! I just came back from helping Shadow and Knuckles with an issue" she introduced with a smile.

Then, something red and black ran pass them.

"Stop him!" a lemur shouted urgently as she chased after the red and black blur.

She then threw her tail at the creature and tied him up.

"Got him!" she said with delight.

"Eclipse?!" Relic exclaimed in horror as Gold turned her attention to the lemur.

"I don't think so! I think this is the Nightmare form? I am not entirely sure what this means" the lemur confessed as she grinned at them while holding her tail, "I'm Tangle the lemur by the way!"

Gold gasped in awe as Relic hid behind Tangle and shouted, "Get him! Defeat him! Make sure he is stopped!"

Gold and Tangle looked at the small blue creature in confusion as someone sniped the nightmare and killed it with one bullet! Then, a Chaos Emerald appeared in her tail.

"So, did you do that?" Tangle asked surprised as she took the emerald.

"No" Gold said surprised as she looked around.

She then noticed a rustle in the bushes.

"Welp! If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to call for me! See ya! Hey! Jewel! I got it" Tangle said as she departed back to her village with a beetle flying towards the lemur as she shook her head.

As for Gold, she walked towards the bushes and saw a tan wolf wearing armor and holding a rifle as she talked with the Wisps.

"Hello?" Gold asked as Relic screamed in shock.

The wolf jumped away as Gold asked the wolf in telepathy, "I'm Gold. Who are you?"

The wolf stopped and nodded her head at Gold as she whispered, "Whisper"

Gold grinned at her as Whisper's ears picked up a bit. She then fled from them as Silver appeared behind them.

"Good news! Tails knows a few places for you all to rest!" Silver said excitedly as he saw their surprised expressions, "Oh, I'm Silver!"

Relic just sighed as she picked up her maps and said "Well, I'm going back to the ruins. I don't need any more adventures for the rest of my life"

Gold waved goodbye before Silver could ask her anything.

"So, where will be staying?" Gold asked as Silver shook her head and nodded at her and Professor Schlemmer.

Silver then led the two of them to Tails' Lab. Tails then gave the two of them houses in Emerald Coast.

"So, if you need anything, please don't hesitate to call!" Tails said in a friendly manner.

"I'll be back soon! I've got a few time travel adventures to go through!" Silver said with a smile.

Gold waved goodbye as Professor Von Schlemmer and Tails began to talk about time travel possibilities. Gold grinned at them. This time period might be the best one to live in. She then joined them and began to become friends with Tails and the rest of his and Silver's friends.
