do any of y'all play sports? i find it extremely hard to keep up with my calorie limit and soccer. i feel so weak, my ribs hurt, and sometimes i feel sick. i already don't have very good stamina but my calorie limit makes it harder. had a soccer game today and let me just say i did...terrible! but i feel like i'd rather choose suffering on the field than upping my caloric intake on my soccer days...but maybe i should eat most my calories before (4-6 hours) and after a game, especially during playoffs. let me know what you guys do/did!

I should start logging my food! So I will! But tomorrow because im not sure what time I ate lunch today.

note to self: never waste your calories on an 8 oz salmon! 😔 my stomach hurts and im so sad because im watching a sad tv show episode, im ready to fall asleep and stay asleep😣 goodnight?
