i tried to do a soccer routine but being the dummy i am i forgot to stretch before and now my calves feel like..idfk they just really fucking hurt. i quit before halfway because of the fat bitch i am. now im going to try and cook dinner by myself for the first time:) salmon..wish me luckಥ‿ಥ if that goes wrong then at least i'll have a "salad" (im literally just having lettuce because everything else has too many calories tEehEe)

note to self, eat half of a half of a half pound of salmon or else your stomach will explode. another note to self, season broccoli during cooking, not after.
i decided to have salmon with broccoli and last time i had 1/2 a pound of salmon and it was A LOT so this time i ate 1/2 of a 1/2 pound of salmon and it was also a lot so now im just going to drop down until im satisfied. im going to try and fall asleep on time tonight ;*; and if i can't then i have 2 as needed meds that will put me to sleep teeheeheeʘ‿ʘ okok, anyways! i had 2 rice cakes and 3 slivers of a tangerine for lunch today so that's that(•‿•) and i forgot to weigh myself and obviously i just ate so ima do it tomorrow ಡ ͜ ʖ ಡ GOODBYE
