This is me now

I went back after about two days to get my tattoos shaded and let me just say that Dax was in complete shock. Well the day after that I got a call from Cody saying that he wanted me to meet up with him early. I didn't think I heard him right at first but apparently I did because here I am standing in front of my mirror getting ready to meet the man himself.

I know that first impression are important but I want to knock him on his ass. Just to show him that I'm actually taking this seriously.

I throw my hair up into a messy ponytail and lace up my combat boots and am out the door. The cafe where we're supposed to meet is only a few miles from my house so it doesn't take me long to get there. I grab my leather jacket from the passenger seat and make my way into to cafe. I find a table near the back and wait.

After a few minutes I hear the door open and see him walk in with an envelope then realized it was Cody. He walks up to the front counter and starts to talk to the lady working. Shortly after their conversation started it ended with her pointing towards me. He nods his head and makes his way over.
"Ashley," he looks like he's in shock,"damn I didn't think you were quite this serious about becoming Lilith. I like it." I just send him a smirk.

"I may not be outspoken when it comes to my family... I may be shy but I have never been so passionate and committed to some in my whole life." He just smiles and sits across from me.

"Alright then, let's do this." He sets the contract down in front of me on the table. As I'm flipping through I see the date that I make my debut. Wednesday, October 2nd in Washington D.C. at there first ever live broadcast show. My jaw hits the table.
"Ok so let me get this straight... you want me to debut on live tv? On the same show that you,Jericho, Mox, The Young Bucks, Kenny, PAC, Britt, Nyla, Sadie, and Shawn. Are you serious?" He just looks at me and grins.
"Ashley, on October 2nd live you will go make a name for your self in front of millions of people. This will be one of the biggest nights in pro wrestling ever. It only makes since for you to be part of it." He leans back and takes a pen out of his pocket setting it on the table in front of me. I barely contain myself as I sign the name Lilith Harlow for the first time across a dotted line. "On behalf of the entire All Elite roster and staff... welcome to the family."

After Cody explained to me how Wednesday was going to go down I made my way back to my appartement; the realization of what I just did finally sinking in.

Later that night I'm lying on my bed watching any type of pro wrestling I can get my hands on. CZW, RHO, WWE, FCW, NXT, NJPW, Impact, Evolve, and All Japan for the most part. But it's like everywhere I look I see something that I can twist and make my own. Weather I'm like the original Mox when he was in CZW or Kenny Omega when he was in NJPW I can find a way to incorporate it into my style. Either way, that night I fell asleep to the thud of a wrestling mat and the roar of a crowd. This is me now.
