The question of how to break into the party floated around in my head.
Surely they would have some sort of surveilence on the side of the house. Possibly even an alarm louder than a wailing fire-truck.
Not wanting to take my chances, I podered over the idea of going through the front door. It's in easy access, straightforward, and I guess that you wouldn't expect someone who was going to crash a party to just walk through the front door.
I'd have to change my outfit, hair and anything else to make sure Luke didn't recognize me. I would go unnoticed, people would think I was in the crowd, they would have no clue.
Just as my heart began to beat faster in anticipation and my head began to swirl with a knew idea, I came to a sudden halt.
Humans. Humans wouldn't be able to get into the party. Especially not a girl.
I slumped against the trucks leather seats, my body sinking frther into it as I was overcome with realization.
If only humans were allowed at the party..
Suddenly, my body sat upright, and my eyes widened a fraction. The girl! She was human.
But she was also a prostitute.
I threw my head against the seat with a groan. There were so many dead ends yet this one had a small opening. It would include tight clothes, make-up, and a whole lot of dignity shedding.
I bit my lip and tried any other possibilities but other than being a transvestite, that was my only option.
So my only option was dressing up like a prostitute.
Closing my eyes, I mentally scavanged through my suitcases to try and find some sort of short dress. Hell, even a shirt would suffice.
But when I couldn't remember one, I sighed. Part of me wanted to do nothing about and just leave it. If this is what fate wanted to do to us then so be it. Let it happen.
But I also wanted to see Cole. Show him me, even if it was while looking like a hooker.
I opened the car door and slammed it behind me, eager to get inside. I had no idea whether it was to get this over and done with, or to see Cole.
As soon as I entered, I skipped down the hallway and into my bedroom, ignoring Jax's cries behind me. I kneeled and rummaged through a few clothes before flinging them behind me.
Most were either too long, or didn't even cling tight enough.
What I had (unfortunately) imprinted into my brain was the girl's tight red boob tube and the leathery booty shorts that could have passed as panties.
I tore threw another suitcase of clothes before grabbing onto a dress that made my eyes almost fall out of their sockets.
It was my prom dress.
Well the dress that I never wore to prom. You see, I was never popular at high school (not that I ever wanted too), so going to prom didn't sound to appealing, especially if I was arriving in a skin tight dress.
Maria, being a fan of the tight clothes, had thought it was perfect for me. She was the kind of mom who wouldn't care if you wore dresses that just covered the butt. John, of course, was furious, but after Maria's ways of persuasion, John had reluctantly agreed.
I didn't go in the end. The dress showed off way too much, but not wanting to disappoint Maria, I faked sick.
I think she knew, because Werewolves could smell the beginning of a sickness from miles away. She didn't say anything though, as she nursed me back to 'health'.
