this is based off of a dream i had :)

incoming call !
finnie bear 🥺

i answer the phone quick
"hi babY!!!" my voice cracks
"hi love!" he says back
finn has been my bestfriend  for so many years.
no we arnt dating, just friends.
"i was calling to see if you wanted to go uh- to the fair with- m-me.."
he says stumbling over his words
"sure! should i invite sadie and millie-" i was cut off
"no! i-i mean yeah you can i just- uh- nevermind" he said
"just what?" i say confused
"never mind, are you going to call them?" he asked
"of course!"
"see you later y/n"
"bye baby" i hang up and call sadie and millie.

time skip to fair

finn was carpooling us there, he seemed quiet but the girls and i were singing along to taylor swift Call Me Maybe.
"hey i just met you!" millie sings
"and this is crazy" sadie sings
"so here's my number" i sing
"call me maybe!" we sing together
the song was over so i turned down the music.
the seat arrangements were

front car door/ finn/ y/n / front car door
back car door/ millie/ sadie / back car door

millie and sadie went on their phones laughing.
i look over at finn.
"hi baby"
"hi" he says back focusing on the road.
i furrow my eyebrows
"what's wrong" i say looking at him
"nothing" he says not looking at me
"come onnnnn tell me!" i say poking his stomach
"y/n stop!" he yells.
i stop then slouch in my seat.
millie and sadie heard then stayed silent.
we got to the fair and i got out. i started walking ahead with millie.
we were laughing and giggling.

finns POV
i didn't mean to yell at her.
i was just frustrated because i wanted this time to be just y/n and i.
i turn to sadie
"do you think she hates me"
i said
"no. she's just sad and worried for you. yelling at her scared her."
i stopped and whisper yelled "i scared her?!"
"yes dumbass!" she whisper yelled back.
i kept walking and put my hand in my hair
"damn it" i say
"why are you so obsessed with her"
"because i like her. a lot." i say
"WHAT?!" she yells and the girls both turn around
"shh!" i say
"dude better claim her fast. caleb is planning on asking her too!" she whisper yells
"asking who, what?" y/n says
i look at her.
"nothing. nothing at all! uh-" she looks at me and just looks back at sadie "okay we'll e are here so come on sadie, she smiles then runs off with her to the ferris wheel.
"i call riding with y/n" i yell
she looks back at me and says "oh okay. just don't yell at me for having fun." she looks away annoyed.
i mentally slap myself.
we get on the ferris wheel and it goes to the top.
i look at her "y/n" she looks at me "hm?" she's looking up at me. i can see how beautiful she is.
"you're beautiful." i say looking into her eyes
she blushes then looks away.
"thank you" she whispers.
"look at me please" she slowly looks up at me.
"y/n i've liked you for a long time. just everything about you makes my heart race a million time more than it should.
i'm in love with you. and i don't apologize for it." i say

y/n's POV
i looked at him, the words made my heart melt.
i grab his shirt and pull him down to kiss me.
he kisses back.
we feel a kick on our cart. only to see millie and sadie laughing "you guys make me sick" millie said
"oh yeah? well when i walked in on you kissing sadie i didn't say that"
sadie's mouth dropped and millie's did too
"hm, suck my anus" i say and kiss finn again.
sadie started laughing and millie stayed a blushing mess.
