Tomie is one of the most popular and praised manga series drawn by Junji Ito after Uzumaki, as from that statement you already know how much praised it is. This manga started off with an unusual burden, about a girl named Tomie. Is she dead? Is she alive...? This manga has a lot of thrilling points, making it very memorable. With it's extremely horrifying, gruesome gore artworks this series becomes one of the best in horror mangas.
Tomie focuses on subjects like romance in a very dark tone and sinister gory illustration. If you loved Uzumaki, you will surely at least enjoy Tomie, if you can't love it.
