When I woke up, I was immediately alarmed.
First off, I noticed I wasn't alone.
Groggily opening my eyes, I felt warmth on my stomach, shoulders and my whole back. It was really comfortable and I was ready to go back to sleep until it hit me.
Someone was in my bed, cuddling with me. Gasping loudly, I quickly kicked my foot back and pushed what felt like a hip until I heard a loud thump and a groan.
Siting up on my knees, I cautiously looked over the edge of my bed. Lying on the floor, holding onto their shoulder blade was Sam. He looked up at me with his face scrunched up.
"What the hell, Riley?!" He exclaimed, perplexed.
"I'm sorry! I thought you were a kidnapper or something." I apologized. I sat down on my bottom so I could swing my legs back and fourth.
It was silent for a minute, the situation settling. The more I thought about it, the funnier I realized it was. What kind of kidnapper would cuddle with you before taking you? Small chuckles began escaping my mouth. I glanced at Sam and started cracking up once I saw the look on his face.
"Oh, you think this is funny?" He slowly stands up, placing his hands on either side of my knees, leaning forward.
I nodded as I laughed. It honestly wasn't that funny, but I could see it was making Sam angry so I laughed louder.
He continued leaning closer and closer, so I laid back and watched as he sat on my hips and raised an eyebrow.
"You know what's funnier?" He asked, smirking. I gave him a questioning look and he brought his hands up to my side and started tickling me.
"Sam!" I screeched.
"Oh yeah baby, scream my name."
As soon as the words came out of his mouth my hand came in contact with his arm as I slapped him.
By now I had been laughing so hard there was tears streaming down my face and I could feel a six pack coming on.
"Sam, please stop!" I pleaded. His fingers started slowing down until he had his hands resting on my waist. Sam was staring down at me and I noticed him leaning closer and closer.
I placed my hands on his shoulders as our eyes fluttered closed.
Was this really going to happen?
Nope.
"Rileyyy!" The door slammed open, causing me to jump up and push Sam off of me and back onto the floor.
Standing in my doorway was Trevor and Jc, both looking confused.
"Who was that?" Trevor asked.
"Who was what?" I questioned innocently.
"Didn't you just push someone off the bed?"
"No..?"
Jc slowly starting walking to the side of my bed. I closed my eyes together tightly hoping Sam had enough common sense to hide.
I peeked over and realized he hid under the bed. A sigh of relief escaped me and Jc just shrugged.
"Could've swore I saw someone. Anyways Riley do you want to come with us to the store? We need to get some stuff for a video."
I thought about it for a second. I was just about to accept until I remembered I still had the curly headed boy under my bed.
"Uh, no thanks guys. I'm just gonna stay home and relax." I said hesitantly.
They both nodded and turned to leave. I waited until I heard the front door close. Once I heard it, I laid back and inhaled deeply.
"Damn, that was close huh, Riley?"
