Getting lost in someone's eyes is something I always thought was ridiculous. It seems so cheesy and cliché, but here i am, gazing up at Sam, speechless. His words linger in my mind, repeating over and over again.

"You...you have feelings for me?" I asked, trying to hold back a smile. Sam looks down at me nervously, having lost his confidence. He nods gently before breaking the eye contact.

Tilting his head back up softly, he brings his eyes back up to me, that same blush on his cheeks when I first met him. Memories come rushing through.

Never had I thought i would be in this postion. I looked at him curiously, trying to comprehend when it all changed. Having him in my arms, being so gentle made me feel like I was melting. The warmth his body gave was comforting, like I was supposed to be here.

"Sam..." I trailed off, still amazed.

"No Riley, I understand. So stupid of me to think you'd like me. I'll go an-" He started to ramble, getting more nervous. His hands slipped down from my waist and I quickly caught them, tightened them around me.

"Sam. I like you too." I couldn't stop grinning.

His head shot up, looking at me in awe. "What? Is this a joke?"

I giggled and shook my head, unable to contain my happiness. Sam let out a chuckle of disbelief, then brought me into his arms tightly.

"I never thought we'd ever be in this position." Sam chuckled into my neck. I hummed in agreement. I pulled back slightly to look at him.

He stared at me with the upmost look of adoration in his eyes. This was a feeling I didn't think I'd feel. It's scary, but i would never give it away.

Suddenly, the door swings open and hits the wall loudly. Sam and I swing our heads towards the source of the noise.  Standing there is Kian, his eyes wide and mouth hanging open.

I realize the compromising position we are in and untangle myself from Sam, awkwardly standing next to him.

The silence is deadly, until a huge grin grows on Kian's face and his fist shoots up into the air as he cheers.

"I called it! I knew it!" He shouted. Sam and I looked at each other weirdly before Kian spoke up.

"I knew there was something going on between you two." He stated proudly. I felt Sam's hand touch mine gently before intertwining our fingers.

Sam let out a scoff and rolled his eyes at Kian. "Why are you even here?" I asked Kian.

"I wanted to see if you want to go get some frozen yog-"

"Yes!" I interrupted, causing Sam to giggle at me. I glanced up at in and was immediately in awe. He's so beautiful. I couldn't stop looking at him and I definitely could not believe what is happening.

Sam and I like each other. Who would've ever thought.
