Note: I've talked about this before in another book of mine but truth be told I've somewhat abandoned it and deemed this book it's replacement..
Aside from changing a few names and tweaking a few things due to my mental timeline, everything has been copy and pasted.
Aarmau: They have one baby girl named Alina! She's a werewolf pup and introduced in my Mystreet in Paradise book (as Ami). She's adorable and full of energy, and older than everyone else's kids. She's also very independent and ambitious. When she's older, she becomes the Alpha female in her sophomore year in high school, similar to her mother, and maintains the position until graduation. However, many people often get annoyed with her Type A personality, which sometimes makes it hard for her to find friends. Sam introduces her to his friend group, and she's able to relax a tiny bit. Ami has a good relationship with every other kid.
Garrance: They have two children, a boy and a girl. The boy is two years younger than Alina, and the girl two years younger than him. They were able to get two surrogate mothers, whom they spoiled for both of their 9 months, treating them and going out all together to fully and totally express their thanks.
The boy is practically a copy of Garroth, always eager to launch a football across fifty feet of grass, and looks exactly like Laurance. While he and Alina are best friends, he gets annoyed of her easily which causes a lot of incessant bickering. They named him Samuel (he goes by Sam). He's smart but hates school.
The girl's name is Charlotte, but her dads typically call her Charlie (it's a full name basis for Sam though.. Samuel). She's a total tomboy, but got her sass from Laurance and her kindness from her aunt Nana. At first glance, it's a strange combination, but she certainly holds her own. Growing up with her older brother caused her to trail him around often with his friends to skateboard parks and what have you. She has multiple sibling fights daily and typically escapes to Zane and Nana's house where she can cry on Nana's shoulder while Zane scours the fridge for leftover cupcakes.
Melinda: They're satisfied being the rich aunts of the street. They often take all the kids some nights for crazy sleepovers to give all the parents a break, or even outings to amusement parks.
Travlyn: For starters, they are horrible at naming children. So when they had their first child, a boy named Connor just when the couple had uncovered their love for a musical they liked years ago, Aphmau would not stop making fun of them. Connor is a year older than Sam. Connor is a DORK just like his parents. He plays multiple video games and has been screeching harmonies to musicals since he was born everyday for years. He's a little awkward and shy, but a sweetheart whom everyone crushes on regularly (like Aphmau).
When he has friends over and walks through the door he has to quickly explain that no, his family did not sing conversations, they were simply singing songs from West Side Story, and tomorrow it would be Rent. He's embarrassed every time, and Travis and Katelyn don't help when they inadvertently and purposefully embarrass him repeatedly when it comes to giving his friends snacks, driving his friends home from school, etc.
Vylante: They adopted their two girls from a not so great area, as Vylad insisted that they had to. Dante was indifferent but was immediately sold when Vylad continued to go on and on about it.
When they went to visit for the first time, Vylad fell in love with one little African-American four year old darling. She took to him immediately, and after hours of getting to know her both Vylad and Dante were sold. It wasn't until after a few weeks and they were going to take her home that they realized she had a disabled twin sister. The twin had down syndrome, and for some reason the girls weren't put together on the website.
Dante was extremely mad at this, and without even consulting Vylad or any of their financial limits decided to adopt the other little girl. Vylad was shook and warmed at the gesture, and now they had two little girls named Aniyah and Nisha.
Aniyah is very protective of her sister, and often has to translate for her dads what Nisha is trying to communicate. They are the same age as Connor. Aniyah becomes close friends with Connor, because he's the only one who accepts Nisha almost as much as she does. It's also not a worry for Travis and Dante when it comes to driving or walking their kids over, because it's an excuse for them to get together and exchange dad-tactics anyway. You can catch Dante at the supermarket at 2:00AM running down aisles for tv-dinners when it was his turn to cook dinner and he didn't want Vylad finding out that he'd forgotten, and Vylad being the only white male attending African hairstyling classes so he could do cornrows in his daughters' hair. They love having him there.
Aniyah doesn't make many friends similar to Alina, as she always feels an obligation to defend her sister 24/7. It takes a lot of persuading for her to realize that Nisha was going to be fine, and eventually Aniyah blooms and becomes incredibly popular as she's literally the nicest person in the world. The bond between twins never fades though. Niyah is smart and clever, and spends most of her time finding ways she can cheat her unknowing dads, her sister, and her teachers in getting snacks and cupcakes from their family friend (Nana). Her disability doesn't stop her from dressing up and becoming a master at makeup and fashion, and when she can she helps everyone else's kids get dressed up for nights out.
ZaneChan: They have two children, the boy is older than the girl by a year. Calvin has pink hair like his mother, and Cate has darker hair like her father. Although cousins, Sam and Calvin didn't get along as one may think they would. Calvin was pretty shy and stand offish. He was an opposite to Sam, such as Zane was to Garroth. This didn't stop him from becoming friends with Alina, however, which eventually led to the two dealing with one another.
Cate loves Ami, and does her best to emulate her in every way possible. She feels like she can relate and almost confide in the older girl because of her ears and tail. Cate is lovable and wants to explode her love and happiness to everyone. It doesn't matter if you're a stranger, she's going to hand you a dandelion and you're going to like it. She radiates positive energy, except when she and her brother get into fights at home. Out in the public though, she's a little angel.
Zane and Nana act like they were born for parenting. They are perfect. They are always on top of their children but not doting, always ready to pitch in. However, they let their children experience things for themselves before confronting them about anything. They are rather laid-back, until it comes to significant others. Neither of them can keep their cool, what with Nana always pestering them to invite their crushes over, and Zane grumbling in the corner anytime someone of interest is mentioned.
