66. What do their parents think of them dating?

Aarmau
Throughout all of the seasons of Mystreet their parents have shown nothing but gradual support. They're eager to have the couple married.

Garrence
Zianna was a little shocked that Garroth had fallen in love with his best friend. She had no idea he was gay. But with Vylad as a son Zianna learned to accept Garroth also and it was an easy decision.

For Laurence, Cadenza knew almost right away. When they were in high school and hanging out all of the time, Cadenza could help but poke fun at the two and joke that they were dating. So when they finally did come out she was pleased to say she knew all along. Laurence's parents were also a little confused, but gradually learned to accept it. And they like Garroth, they know he's a good guy.

Melinda
Melissa's a very confident person, so when she told her extended family she was dating a practiced, highly skilled witch who is department head of potion making her family didn't really bat an eye. Lucinda was likable.

Lucinda isn't too too close to her family.

Travlyn
Their parents know of their relationship, and Eric and Terry were both very supportive. Of course, Travis' mother is out of the picture and we don't talk about Elizabeth.

Vylante
Zianna knew Vylad was a little different from the moment he turned five. It was no surprise when he came out before he went out to college. Zianna was moreso surprised with the person he was dating. Dante was Garroth and Laurence's best friend since high school, and now he was going out with Garroth's younger brother. But Dante had always been polite and obviously he cared for the youngest Ro'Meave, so all Zianna did was keep an eye on the couple. Garte sided with Zianna on this situation.

Dante's family was shocked. Dante wasn't really close to his family, and while he kind of got along with his brother it wasn't like he ever made an effort to see him. And they always spent holidays with Vylad's family and their friends. Dante went alone to visit his parents and tell them that he may be bisexual. His parents knew that he got into many relationships with many different people, but Dante had a feeling they wouldn't take nicely to him liking the same gender. His Dad got a little upset and his mother just pitied him. But Dante didn't really care, he just felt better that he told them at all. Gene was the only one who "supported" him. Once Dante's family met Vylad once or twice they soon got over it, though.

ZaneChan
Zianna loves Nana. She's the daughter she never had, and loves her to pieces. Also, because her other two children are gay, she ends up being Zianna's only daughter. Garte also enjoys Nana for her sweets and for making his son much more confident in himself.

Nana's family was shocked by Zane. He stood out like a sore thumb. Her younger siblings and cousins took to him immediately, he was fresh prey to play with, and much more entertaining then the other boyfriends and girlfriends of the family. Nana's parents were impressed that he was the heir to the Ro'Meave company, and were altogether okay with their daughter marrying him. He's visited them many times, and sometimes they'll have dinner for holidays.
