Aphmau does because Aaron gets SO embarrassed. Sometimes she might be like "Wow is it hot in here or just me because you fine as HECK" really loud, drawing everyone's attention. Aaron begs for her to never do it again, and she promises which is a straight up lie.

Garrence
They're both embarrassments who do it to each other. Once one does it the other starts too, and then they're exchanging really vivid compliments that makes everyone super uncomfortable around them.

Melinda
Lucinda might occasionally do it to Melissa, and oh my god does it fluster Melissa. She goes bright red, and literally has to exit the room out of embarrassment. Lucinda finds the situation extremely funny and adorable.

Travlyn
Travis does it to Katelyn, which over the years she has gotten used to, but Travis does not know how to handle it when he gets a taste of his own medicine. And it typically happens after he does something stupid, and as punishment she says something vulgar about him that makes his heart race.

Vylante
Vylad finds it annoying because Dante does. Not. Stop. It's cat call after cat call and first it was endearing but now it's just annoying. Vylad will kindly tell Dante to shut up with a straight face, and Dante will just smile because he still got a reaction out of him.

Nana TOTALLY would do that to Zane. He would probably beg her to stop, because she was making a scene, but she would find the moment way too perfect just to let slide; he was too adorable embarrassed and she could not let it go.
