Aphmau didn't want to force their relationship, so she was surprised when Aaron made the first move. It was a pretty "Aaron" thing to do, too.

Laurence did because Garroth was so clueless of everything he was doing, and didn't realize any of his feelings.

Melissa made the first move.. Lucinda didn't know where their relationship was at but Melissa sort of sealed the deal.
Travlyn
Katelyn did at the end of season six and it was SO CUTE IM— (I'm not counting season one, even though THAT WAS SUPER CUTE TOO ADSJFJSK)
Vylante
Dante did, and for awhile it really confused their relationship because they became friends first and then after Dante did it Vylad had to leave for a few months and... yeah. It was sorta awkward for awhile.
