Aphmau does and it's mostly by linking her arms around his shoulders and waiting for him or pulling him down to her level.
Garrence
Laurence does. I'd like to think Laurence also kissed him first ;)
Melinda
Melissa does. They do a lot of good morning, hello, goodbye, welcome home, what's for dinner, are you okay sort of kisses. A lot of kisses.
Travlyn
Travis does. It's very rare when she does, but it drives him crazy.
Vylante
Dante can't get enough of it, so he initiates most of them.
ZaneChan
Nana does because she has to go through all the work of untying or getting his mask out of the way which she finds quite annoying. All she wants to do is kiss him!
