Cyan's POV:
I looked over at everyone else who was already on the ice as I struggled to put my skates on.

"Here let me help you tie that", a kind voice says and I look up to see Viktor who smiles sweetly at me. He kneels down in front of me and ties my ice skates for me.

"Thank you", I say as he stands and he smiles down at me. "Come on, lets go skate", he takes my hand and lead me along.

"Wait. I don't know how to ice skate. I've only done it once before and I clung to the side for hours....", I tell him as I remember the last time I went ice skating and how terrified I was.

I wanted to try to ice skate again though. I adored how graceful the sport was and how beautiful and elegant everyone else was when they did it, but I was the opposite. I was clumsy and only made myself look like a fool.

"Don't worry. I'll teach you. Just hold onto my hands, I promise I won't let you fall", Viktor takes both of my hands in his and pulls me onto the ice. He was already on the ice, and it was beautiful.

His slender and long legs easily balanced on the ice and his feet moved skillfully.

Slowly I walked onto the ice and felt my heart rise as I felt the slippery ice underneath. I held tightly onto Viktor for dear life as my knees trembled.

"Good, now try to take steps on the ice and walk in my direction", Viktor said softly and I did as I was told and took a couple steps towards him, my legs still wobbling.

"Uwah... It's too hard to balance! Viktor...!", I hold onto him harder as I nearly slip.

"It's ok, Cyan. Just keep walking towards me and get used to the ice. Don't put your knees together like that and stand up straight, now", he continues to support me.

Slowly I straighten up my back and continue to walk towards him in small steps. After a while, I grow used to it and it isn't as hard.

"Now try skating a little bit towards me. Move your skates slightly without having to lift them up all the way", he lets go of one of my hands and I try my best to skate on the ice but nearly slip.

He catches me with his arm around my waist just as I'm about to fall and my face heats up in contrast to the cold wind. "Careful. Try it again. I'll catch you, so don't worry about falling".

His hands made my waist fell hot and I swear my heart raced faster than ever.

I blushed again as he said that and held one of my hands. I didn't hate having him catch me but my heart can't handle this. I never thought that there'd be a day when someone would actually tell me that they would catch me and not to worry about falling. My chest felt warm and fuzzy.

I tried to ice skate again but I was still terrified of letting go of Viktor's hand. Maybe I just don't like ice skating?

"Good job, Cyan! Do you want to try it out without me holding you?", Viktor asks as I manage to skate a couple feet by myself.

I shake my head no. There's NO WAY I can skate by myself without holding onto someone or something.

Nonetheless, Viktor smiles childishly and slowly releases my arm before skating away slowly. "Come on, try it. You can do it".

Immediately I struggle to keep my balance and wobble nervously. "Viktor!... Wait... Ah... I'm gonna fa-".

"Fall backwards Cyan!", I hear Viktor call out to me as he appears to skate over towards me.

Preparing for the impact, I fall backwards and close my eyes tightly. But I don't feel any pain. Instead I smell a sweet scent and am being held up by something or more like someone warm.
