"Rina, it's time to get up." Masaru said.

Assuming that she must have been dreaming, Rina decided to give a typical response.

"Five more minutes..." she said, a bit embarrassed that she was dreaming about Masaru.

"Everyone else is awake and waiting for you...again." He said.

"Let them wait..." she said, "Stay here with me."

There were a few moments of silence.

"What?" She heard Masaru ask.

It was around this time that she realized she was, in fact, not dreaming.

Her eyes shot open as she felt her face begin to burn.

"Oh, was I sleep talking again?" She asked, trying to sound casual, "Sorry, I must have been speaking nonsense."

Masaru blinked a couple of times.

"Basically." He said, leaning against the wall.

Rina turned her head away and frowned, somehow hearing him agree with her didn't make her feel any better.

"Well, I can't get ready with you standing there." Rina said, looking over at him, "Wait outside, like usual."

Masaru pushed himself off of the wall.

"Right." He said, before leaving the room.

Rina began getting ready, her face still warm. Being woken up in the morning by Masaru was not something she expected when they left on the trip. But as she stopped and looked at herself in the mirror, she thought that it wasn't a bad thing. It was almost as if...

She quickly shook the thought from her head and left the room when she was dressed.

Masaru was leaning against the wall when she walked out, looking at his phone. He glanced up when he saw her, and put his phone away.

"You sure love to sleep." He said in a dull tone.

"I usually have trouble falling asleep, and then I have trouble waking up..." Rina said, rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

"Sounds like a struggle." Masaru said without a shred of actual empathy, "Anyway, let's get going."

Rina nodded and followed him when he began walking away.

"So you're going to be waking me up now, then?" Rina asked, genuinely curious.

"Considering the other two can't do so peacefully, it would seem that way." Masaru said without turning around.

"I'm sorry...I'll set an alarm so you don't have to do that." She said, beginning to feel a bit guilty.

"You'll probably just sleep through it." He replied, prompting a grumpy sound from Rina, "Besides, I don't mind it that much."

Rina looked at his back, she felt just a bit like she was being a burden. But he insisted that it was ok, so she decided to trust him.

Shortly afterwards they reached the dining room and had breakfast.

When it was over Miss Miyake, Minami, and Mayu left the room, presumably to go to the beach. But the rest of them stayed behind.

"D-did you come up with a p-p-plan?" Suzu asked, looking over at Masaru.

"I did, and it's going to be a bit out there." Masaru said, putting a pocky stick into his mouth, "So I'd like you all to bear with me and keep an open mind."

Rina frowned, she had a feeling that this wouldn't be an ideal plan. But still, they all listened for what Masaru had to say next.

"Fuyuko, we're going to pretend that you hurt your ankle, and ask for help." He said, glancing over at Fuyuko, "They should let us inside, especially considering how young we are."
