Once again Brennen found himself in the glowing temple in front of the light priestess Etheria. "Are you ready for battle once more shadow walker" Etheria said with a wicked smile on her face and the glowing sword of pure white light in her hands. "Ready as I'll ever be Etheria" Brennen said, he was holding the shadow diamond katannas he created using his shadow powers. And so they went up to the center of the room full speed. As Etheria brought her sword down Brennen dodged to the side. Brennen knew all to well that that sword had the ability to break through his shadow diamond katannas. As he dodged under the sword he cut Etheria's side, however she didn't even flinch at it. Etheria turned around quickly and sliced at him but Brennen was unable to dodge completely this time and ended up dropping his swords and getting cut on the arm by the sword of light. Brennen gasped out in pain as the wound started to burn. "What the heck is that thing made out of Etheria!" Brennen said angrily. "The sword of light is made out of lumonite, it has the power to cut through the shadows themselves" Etheria said in her always monotone voice. "Well you hit like a truck Etheria" Brennen said impressed at how hard and fast she hit. "Thank you young shadow walker but it's time to end this, morning is about to come in the shadow verse and you must return soon" Etheria said. "Ya I know" Brennen said as he charged at the woman with the katannas now in hand and both warriors swords meet, resulting in the shadow diamond katannas being destroyed and Brennen getting hit full force with the sword, causing him to wake up.

Brennen woke up next to the beutiful princess who he loved over anything else. Petra was awake and staring at him with worry in her eyes. "You were having the dream again weren't you" Petra said. "Ya, except I'm not sure if it is a dream or what it is, Etheria seems aware that I have to return to the shadow verse during the morning" Brennen said. "You have had this dream for over a week now and each time you wake up you do so gasping for air, what exactly happens in this dream" Petra said, her cat ears and tail twitching. Unbeknownst to anyone other then the royal guards, hand maids, Merlin, and of course Brennen, Petra was actually a Meifwa (basically a cat person). "Aw it's ok Petra, it's just fighting between me and Ethetia, I've told you that" Brennen said. " Ya I know but I'm still worried that you might be growing apart from me Brennen" Petra said her cat ears drooping. "Aw, you don't have to worry about that Petra, I love you" Brennen said stroking her ears affectionately causing her to pur. "Thank you Brennen, that means a lot to me" Petra said then kissing him affectionately.
