1. I brush my teeth and flossed.

2. I drank 4 cups of coffee for a day without regretting it afterwards.

3. While picking up random things at the supermarket I spontaneously brought myself a chocolate.

4. I said 'I love you' to myself every morning. Not I love you, because. Or I love you, despite. Just 'I love you'.

5. It rained when I walked throughout the streets in Amsterdam. Instead of taking out an umbrella, while the raindrops washed yesterday out of my hair. I kept my chin up, and I kept my eyes open.

6. I indulged a box of burger for dinner and did not step into a scale afterwards.

7. I made friends with a lot of people from different ages, backgrounds and sexual orientation without even once think differently about them.

8.  I managed to step out from my comfort zone and challenge myself. Fear and insecurities, people who doubted me. I proved you wrong.

9. I held hands with my sadness and flaws, sang it with songs in the shower, fed it breakfast, got it a cup of tea and put it to bed early.

10. I did not think of him. Not even once.
