Handsome Jack massaged his temples and sighed as he leaned against the main door of the Atlas house, the memory of the party still fresh in his mind. In the midst of his deep brooding, he was nearly knocked down to the ground as the door opened.

"What the hell-?" Handsome Jack turned around quickly, glaring.

Moxxi winked, smirking, "Did I scare you, sugar?"

"No..." Handsome Jack continued glaring.

Moxxi laughed and shifted her weight, "Little Rhysie wants to know your name, sweetheart."

"It's Jack," he paused for a dramatic effect, "Handsome Jack."

Moxxi gave him a genuinely surprised look and sighed, "Of course you are," Moxxi continued, "Well, see you never!"

Moxxi sashayed back inside, shutting the door promptly after Jack got a quick glance at his new love. He sighed and turned around when the nurse left. He decided to do the same and started heading back home, knowing Blake was probably worrying about him.

Boy, is he in some deep shit now. He thought about how Rhys quickly overtook his desires and replaced Nisha with ease. He thought about how easily he fell in love with the son of his worst enemy. But most of all, he thought about jacking off, pun intended.

In the depths of these thoughts, Jack arrived home, greeted by a worried Blake and a disinterested Wilhelm, though he knows Wilhelm cares more than his demeanor reveals.

"We were so worried about you!" Blake cried out, fussing about, "I should've never let you stay behind!"

Jack tried to ease his cousin, "Chill, I wasn't even gone that long."

"Were you getting it on with that Atlas boy?" Wilhelm questioned, adjusting his cybernetics.

"Damn, I wish," Jack muttered and then said with a grin on his face, "No, I did not. I was just hanging out on their front porch."

"If you do, make sure to wear protection and-"

Wilhelm cut Blake's worrying off, with a disgusted look on his face, "Why do you have to talk like that? Stop mothering him; he's an adult, he'll be fine."

"I know, I know," Blake sighed, "I just care too much, I guess."

"Yea, too much." Jack rolled his eyes, smiling, "Anyway, I'm gonna take a breather outside, in the garden."

"But you just took a breather, for about an hour!" Blake interjected, throwing his hands in the air.

Wilhelm laughed, "He needs a breather from you, Blake."

"Now, I didn't say that," Jack gave them both a mischievous look despite his statement.

They all had a little laugh after that, though Blake looked a little hurt, though he knows that Jack didn't mean this in a mean way.

Jack left the room to go outside into the fancy Hyperion garden atrium thingy. Jack admired the garden as the moonlight from the full moon shone on the red roses, giving it an ethereal glow; it reminded him of his star crossed love. With this reminder, Jack decided, on a whim, to go to the Atlas house, to try to see Rhys again. Though this time it's more risky, for he no longer has his mask to protect his identity. Despite this, Jack journeyed to the Atlas house, Rhys on his mind.

At the Atlas house, Jack found Rhys moping on the balcony to his room, his chin resting delicately on his hand. Jack watched from the shadows, like a creepy man.

Rhys sighed and rambled to himself, "God, this sucks... Handsome freaking Jack! There's no way I would be allowed to be with someone like him!" Rhys continued, peering off into the distance, "Oh, Jack, Jack! Wherefore art thou Jack?"

Jack popped out of the shadows and said with a wink, "I'm right here, cupcake."

Rhys let out a surprised gasp, almost getting a heart attack, "How long were you listening in?!"

"I just came in a few minutes ago, though I don't mind listening in more, pumpkin," Jack gave him a flirtatious smile.

"How'd you even get in here? We have top of the line security and my relatives will kill you if they see you!" Rhys ranted on, freaking out.

"Rhysie, I'm Hyperion scum, I can get past your security systems with ease." Jack laughed at how cute Rhys looked in his panic. He continued, "Besides, security can't keep love out-"

Rhys ran his human hand through his hair, ignoring Jack's words, "Oh my God! My relatives are gonna kill you, Jack!"

"Chill, baby, chill," Jack would give him the most comforting hug he could if he was up there with him, "I'm the Handsome Jack, nobody can hurt me!"

Rhys shot him a concerned look and then questioned, raising an eyebrow, "How'd you even know this was my room?"

Jack looked offput for a split second but then said smoothly, "I heard you talking to yourself when I first got into the garden, you have such an unforgettable voice, so I knew it was you."

Rhys blushed at that and then said nervously, "So, um, I know we just met and all, but I really like you!" He covered his face in embarrassment, knowing he just sounded like a highschool girl confessing her feelings to her crush.

"Well, I like you a lot, too, Rhysie," Jack smiled, adoring Rhys's shyness.

"Oh gosh, this is moving so fast!" Rhys uncovered his face and ran a hand through his hair.

"Rhys-" Jack was cut off with Moxxi calling out Rhys's name from inside the bedroom.

"Oh, that's, um, my nurse calling me. I better go see her. Stay right here!" Rhys ran inside, but rushed back out to continue, "Actually, you know what? If you really do match my feelings, let's get married! Send me word tomorrow."

Moxxi called out his name again, so he ran back inside and gently closed the door.

"Ah, well, this is the quickest relationship I've been in, not complaining though," Jack murmured to himself, "Haven't even gotten to third base yet..."

After what seemed like forever, Rhys returned to the balcony, sighing. He called out, "Jack!"

"Yes, pumpkin?" Handsome Jack smiled.

Rhys said, his anxiety still bubbling up, "What time should I send a messenger out tomorrow for your, uh, answer."

"By nine?" Jack shrugged.

At the mention of time, Rhys checked the time with his echo eye, realizing how late it is, "Damn, it's almost morning. Ah, time with you passes too fast."

"That it does, Rhysie, that it does."

"I guess this is goodnight... or good morning?" Rhys sighed, already missing Jack, "Parting is such sweet sorrow, as they say..."

"Goodnight, cupcake. I'll see you around," Jack blew a kiss towards Rhys and disappeared into the sunrise, returning home. At this, Rhys went back inside after lingering a bit longer on the balcony, daydreaming about Jack.

A/N: Yes, I know that "Wherefore art thou" does not translate into asking where someone is at, I just really wanted to put that joke in there, so my apologies!
