The day she had been preparing for since her parents passing was finally here and Elsa was petrified.

Her sister, Anna, was beyond excited and Jack, well, Jack was nervous.

Elsa was alone as she paced her room, mumbling her mantra to herself, "Conceal, don't feel. Conceal, don't feel."

She shook her head and pulled on the gloves, it was no use, she couldn't control it. Every time she practised picking up the items they froze over - she couldn't control her nerves.

In another room, Anna was quietly humming away to herself. She twisted her hair up and fixed it in place, a smile branded onto her face as she looked in the mirror. "It's coronation day..." she said to herself, trying to contain her excitement. Elsa may have been waiting years for this, but so had Anna, she could finally see the world outside of the gates.

In the North pole, Jack paced his room too, about as nervous as Elsa. He couldn't wait to see her, but he was scared about Pitch.

"Jack?"

"What?" Jack span around to see the guardians.

"We need to leave"

Jack grabbed his staff and proceeded out of the door with the rest of them.

They all bundled into North's sleigh and Jack leaned over the edge as they took off, steadying his breath. This was it.

Elsa made her way up the isle in the abbey, her breath hitching in her throat as she walked. Her eyes scanned the room for Jack, hoping and praying he'd be there and for a second, she almost thought she saw is icy grey hair and his blue eyes glimmer, but she blinked and whatever she thought she saw had gone.

She shrugged off her feelings as they were making her more and more anxious as the choir sang.

She stopped at the front, facing the Bishop.

He held out the objects for her to hold and she reached out to grab them, her hands shaking with fear.

"Uhm" the bishop cleared his throat, "your majesty, the gloves..." he gestured his eyes down to the gloves Elsa was still wearing.

She pulled them off slowly and she retrieved the objects, continuing to shake as the Bishop spoke.

"Sem hon heldr inum helgum eignum, Ok krýnd í þessum helga stað, Ek té fram fyrir yðr... Queen Elsa of Arendelle!"*

As soon as he was done, she exhaled in relief and placed the items back on the pillow. A loud cheer erupted throughout the room and Elsa smiled as best she could, trying to hide the pounding of her heart.

Meanwhile, The Guardians had just arrived.

"We've missed the actual coronation you idiot!" Jack yelled in anger as he pushed past North, through the gates into the castle grounds.

"That was not my fault icy friend. Sometimes the yeti's get calculations wrong, no?" he concluded, and Jack scowled. He just wanted to see Elsa be crowned and now he'd never get that chance.

Tooth flitted to beside Jack, "We need to get in to the ball."

"No," Jack said, turning to Tooth, "I need to get into the ball. You all need to look for Pitch and stay on guard. We cannot let him get near Elsa, not this time."

Tooth sighed, stepping back she watched Jack walk into the castle.

He walked in, his stride big and his head high. Where was she?
