(Opening titles)
ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN THE NEXT HALF HOUR!
Titanica, the mighty underwater city ruled by the insane and despicable Titan. The throne room – Titan is fuming mad! He rises in anger whilst his two minion guards stand quivering to themselves, holding their massive ray guns. Unfortunately, for X20 he stands shaking below like a small spasm at Titan's mighty platform. SMASH! A glass is thrown at the wall, cracking into millions of tiny fragments.
Titan:
FOR THE LAST TIME X20, I WILL NEVER ADMIT DEFEAT FROM THE ACCURSED TERRANIANS!
X20:
But... But...
Titan:
SHUT UP AND LISTEN WHEN I AM SHOUTING! Time after time the filthy Troy Tempest and the World Aquanaut Security Patrol have stood in my way of wiping out all terranean life on the surface!
X20:
Your majesty, you will really need to have a grand scheme that will certainly fool the WASPs at Marineville.
Titan:
THEN WHAT! I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING! Now I am beginning to turn into a laughingstock in the rest of the underwater races. I really need something that will bring back my power against Tempest. Now, instead of killing him I need to demonstrate how foolish and weak their defences really are.
X20:
But mighty Titan, they have been able to outsmart you in every way possible.
The two guards begin quivering – X20 has just gone a step too far!
Titan:
And you think that I, Titan, lord of Titanica, is too brainless for Troy Tempest!!!
X20:
No, no. I was merely saying...
Titan:
YOU ARE A STUPID INCOMPETANCE! YOU HAVE FAILED ME TIME AFTER TIME! GET OUT MY SIGHT!
X20:
No, your majesty. I beg forgiveness. I beg for mercy!
Titan snatches one of the guard's gun and points directly at him!
Titan:
Then here's your mercy, X20! HA HA HA HA HA HA!
He shots! Missing him narrowly, X20 runs as fast as his legs can take him! Titan shots again! BOOM! The ray smashes the corner of the entrance to his thrown room just moments after X20 charges out!
WORTHLESS INSECT!
Returning grumpily to his thrown, slumping himself down on it. He ponders to himself once again. Titan turns to the picture of Tempest on the wall to his left, a black and white image of the heroic aquanaut.
I'll get you one day, TEMPEST!
He shots at the photo, blowing into smithereens and dust. Before he then eliminates both the two guards on the spot, as they cry out in agonizing pain, dropping down dead in front of Titan. For a moment, he stares directly into us. He finally has an idea at last!
Oh yes! YES! That will really put the WASPs down and bring back my power! And they will never expect this devastating trap! Once Stingray has fallen for it, there will be nothing that will stop me from wiping out the terranean scum!
