They zoom off in the Sea Bugs, rushing back to Stingray! Inside the complex, X20 holds a small, portable radio device as he stands on the platform, blurting and shouting orders.
X20:
LAUNCH THE TERROR FISH! DESTROY STINGRAY! DESTROY STINGRAY!
He then searches around for an escape route as the other Aquaphibians dash around and runs to the much more powerful, indestructible Terror Fish, and their engines are preparing to start! Some throw themselves off the ramp, being released into the water as they submerge down into a long passage leading out into the rest of the ocean. Now, Troy and the others have returned to Stingray.
Troy:
Quick, start the motors!
The craft then begins activating and Stingray rises up and points directly towards the underwater base.
Fire Sting missile, Phones!
Phones shoots out a dozen it seems, firing at the complex. A ship has escaped! X20's ship! BANG! CRASH! KABOOM! BOOM! The complex breaks and detonates and explodes like fireworks into millions of pieces as it cracks like an egg, releasing bubbles and smoke and destruction. KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! WHOOSH! POW! The entire complex, blown into smithereens. Nothing could have survived it.
The old one-two, eh Phones?
Phones:
Troy, I thought I saw a ship leave that complex before it exploded.
Troy:
Nah, it was probably nothing.
Phones:
I swear I could have seen something. But it wasn't a Terror Fish though, it looked like something different.
Troy:
Ah, come on. No Terror Fish could have survived that. Let's head back to Marineville and report. And when Stingray is back in Pen 3 I would like to check out the damage done from the skirmish earlier.
Phones:
P.W.O.R.
The ship spins back around and accelerates back to Marineville. Meanwhile, Marina closes her eyes in pain at the shot of the Aquaphibian earlier. Troy sits next to her again.
Troy:
How is the arm now, Marina?
She looks at him with those eyes again. He places his arm around her.
Listen, when we get back to Marineville we have your arm looked at and your arm will be A-OK. Honey?
She smiles at him.
Anyway, seeing this was Titan's first attack in over a month we did well to come out of it the way we did. Considering he had such a grandmaster scheme. Thanks for all your help, Marina. Well, guess I'd better report back to Marineville. And we said we would keep in constant communication until the complex cut off our radio signals.
Phones pilots Stingray back. The Captain sits back down in his chair and Marina joins them.
Stingray to Tower?
Commander Shore:
CAPTAIN TROY TEMPEST! WHERE THE HECK HAVE YOU BEEN! WE AGREED TO KEEP IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION MAN!
Troy:
Well sir, we destroyed the complex. It was Titan and his agents, preparing to release new...
Commander Shore:
I KNOW THAT TEMPEST!
Troy:
You do?
Commander Shore:
YEAH! The instant you arrive back at Marineville I want you at the tower!
Troy:
P.W.O.R. Say, what's got into him? We stopped Titan, didn't we?
