Hinata was walking down the streets of Konoha expressing her boredom from sighs and walking around being lazy.
She had just finished having ramen with her team minus Naruto.  She had things to do considering she was still Anbu, but she didn't really feel like doing anything. She could go save Naruto from getting beaten up. Nah. She decided to give it a few hours and Hinata knows that Kakashi is there with Naruto so she's not worried or anything. She had told Naruto not to go all out so he wouldn't ruin the mission and reveal his strength. She thought it worked when Hinata felt Naruto literally choke himself.

They had a connection that not many knew about. That's how Naruto knew to come save her that day during the winter when she was getting bullied. They were younger, but he had a sudden urge to go into the woods. They had stuck together since.

"If it isn't Hinata... my weak baby cousin." Someone said behind her. She hadn't heard that voice in a while. She had sensed him coming, but couldn't identify who it was.

She turned around and made a small scoff at his words.

"And who are you?"

She knew who he was. It was Neji Hyuga. Her older cousin that was favorited by her father. The one that the council wanted to make clan head, but instead her father wanted Hinabi. Not Hinata, even though she was the oldest daughter.

She didn't really care. She didn't want to be clan head to such a stuck up clan. They were assholes and she knew it. Sorry for cursing.

"Do you seriously not remember me, Hinata? It's been like what, 5 years since you were kicked out of the clan? I'm not that forgettable." Neji said with a smirk.

"Actually, seven years. And you must be pretty unforgettable for your cousin not to know who you are." She said with a smirk that matched Neij's.

"Whatever. What are you doing out here? Shouldn't you be training so you don't hold back your team." He asked.

"Well, obviously I'm training. You may not see it, but I am." Hinata said. She was focusing her chakra to stay in the middle of her chest forcing her body to use her physical strength to get around. It was very convenient for someone working to keep there physical strength in check.

Sakura should try it out once in a while, Hinata thought. can't even pick up a small boulder without complaining.

Neji activated his Byakugan to see what Hinata was doing only to see that her whole body was being blocked by a shield not allowing him to see her chakra points. "What is that force blocking me from seeing your chakra?"

"One who has the Byakugan can use to block people from using it on them." Hinata said wisely.

"Can you just tell me what you did."

"I basically used the Byakugans weakness against other Byakugan users. It's not that effective when it comes to them closing your chakra points, but they can't tell how much chakra is running through your body or how much you are using against them." She explained as a chart fell down behind her and she had teaching glasses on with a pointer. Neji just stood there confused.

"How do you do it though?" He asked. Hinata chuckled. The scenery went back to normal.

"You expect me to teach someone like you my technique? Remember you were the one who agreed with the council on kicking me out. It's not like you don't think I'm weak." She started walking away afraid she would kill him. Besides, she wanted to go to the park before she had to go save Naruto's butt.

"Fine. Don't tell me." And Neji walked the opposite way. Both leaving each other in the dust.

Hinata forcing herself not to stab him with her katana she had hidden in front of her. =)

This is sort of a filler chapter, but I felt I needed to put more of Hinata into this story. A few more chapters and a big arc is going to start. I'm excited!
