Cordelia POV

Oliver has been acting strange today. He been oddly trying to get close to me. I didn't tell him that I was dating anyone because I didn't think he needed to know. There was this one time today where he tried to lean in and I'm guessing to kiss me.

Me: Oliver, what is the matter with you

Oliver: what do you mean *excessively bitting his bottom lip*

Me: why are you acting strange

Oliver: I'm not. I don't know what you're talking about

Me: yeah, sure. You excessively bitting your lip, lean in to what, kiss me, trying to get closer to me.

Oliver: and what about it

Me: so you admit to it

Oliver: yes Cordelia, I admit to. What about it

Me: it makes me uncomfortable. You never acted like this and why now

Oliver: yesterday Dexter told me you guys were dating. He said if I try anything he'll come back to my house and try something. I don't know what because he didn't say but I'm not afraid of him

Me: so you're doing this because of him. Well that makes me feel better *sarcasm*

Oliver: also listen I liked you for a long time.

Me: wait

Oliver: yes, I like you. My family likes you. You're perfe.. nevermind

Me: how long is a long time

Oliver: ever since I broke up with Bella (Bella is from chapter 7 and was the mean girlfriend Oliver had)

Me: also I'm not perfect

Oliver: you know I been through a lot with you. Your father

Me: just because that happened doesn't mean you're for me

Oliver: Cordelia

Me: there's going to be someone for you. That someone isn't

Oliver: not right now

Me: sure, I have to get back to working

Omg, I don't know what to do know. Should I tell Dexter about this. Probably not but I don't know why I'm think I ng about this so much. Ughhh. I don't even know now.

Later that day at Dexter's

Dexter: how was your day

Me: fine

Dexter: really

Me: yep, what about you

Dexter: good, what did you do today

Me: I worked

Dexter: what happened at work

Me: nothing

Dexter: why do you keep using one word answers

Me: I don't know

Dexter: is there something wrong

Me: no

Dexter: Cordelia, I know there's something wrong. Just tell me

Me: why did you tell Oliver

Dexter: tell him what

Me: that we were dating

Dexter: oh, so you don't want anyone to know

Me: it's not that just why. I could have done it myself

Dexter: what did he do

Me: nothing

Dexter: tell me what he did

Me: it wasn't a problem. I'm leaving, I'll call you

Dexter: why are you leaving

Me: because, I'll talk to you later

Me: hey

Hazel: oh hey, I felt like we haven't talk often lately

Me: yeah same

Hazel: what happened

Me: I met someone

Hazel: who

Me: Dexter

Hazel: is he cute

Me: yes

Hazel: how did you meet him

Me: was going on a run and went to the park and saw him there with some friends. I wasn't bothering them but then he came to talk to me

Hazel: I wished that happened to me

Me: maybe one day, you don't really put yourself out there

Hazel: yeah I know. So is there something going on

Me: with Dexter

Hazel: yes

Me: yes but I would like to talk to you in person about

Hazel: ok that's fine, when

Me: tomorrow, how about we hang out the whole day.

Hazel: is 11 am alright

Me: yes
