"Why did you make us go through that torture?"

Mikey came up behind Cleo, who was watching T.V. Cleo quickly covered her right cheek with her hand.

"Now I will never see you the same way again."

Cleo looked at him. She checked to see if he was telling the truth. His eyes revealed all. No matter what he was thinking, Cleo could find out what.

He wasn't lying.

"Well, if you must know. April and I have a crush on some of you guys."

Mikey's eyes widened. "Who do you guys like?"

Cleo smiled. "My lips are sealed."

"Who do you like?"

"Well, I can give you a couple hints." She turned from him, and glared at the floor. "He's really hard-headed, mean, a total jerk, and completely irrational."

Mikey heard, "Blah Blah Blah irrational." That was totally him. Mikey grinned.

Cleo's glare transformed into a soft, glassy-eyed spaced out face.

"...But has a very sensitive side and has proven that he will always protect those he loves. And he's ridiculously strong."

Only thing Mikey heard was 'ridiculously strong'. He flexed his muscles.

"Who is it? Who? Who? Who?" Said Mikey, persistently.

Cleo couldn't hear him. She was in her own little world. She glared at the floor again. "But he's really getting on my nerves lately." She rubbed her face injury.

Mikey immediately stopped, becoming silent, thinking that it was obvious who she likes any way.

But with Mikey, silence couldn't become accomplished.

"Guess what?"

Cleo sighed, missing the silence. "What?"

"Tonight is k-" Mikey stopped. "You know what? It's going to be a surprise."

Normally, Cleo would try and guess what was going to happen. But she was too sad, tired, angry and grumpy.

"Okay." She mumbled, before heading to her room to get some sleep.

"Why didn't you warn me?!" Raph yelled at Spike. He shuddered, thinking of his talk with his dad.

Spike looked at his naïve friend. He gave Raph his turtle look that said, 'I tried.'

"Chew your leaf if you think April and Cleo deserve punishment."

Spike gave him as icy a glare as his eyes could make.

"What? Do you think they deserve a reward?"

Spike reached halfway to his leaf, telling Raph he was oh-so-close.

"A thank-you?"

Spike reached a little closer to his leaf.

Raph tapped his chin in thought.

"An apology?"

Bingo. Spike took a big bite from his leaf.

"Why would they deserve an apology?"

Spike took a bite out of his leaf on the left side, indicating before the Talk.

"So what? I his Cleo. We do that all the time in sparring."

Spike wasn't sure how to tell him that it hurt Cleo's trust or her love for him. Or that it was dishonorable. Or that he hit her so hard it left a mark.
