now to the story~~~~
Second Person POV-

"WE'VE GOT YOU SURROUNDED, COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!"

You stared at Connie wide eyed with fear. He quickly got up and grabbed the sack full of money and your arm."Common there's a way back out."He whispered quietly.

The two of you ran into the bathroom. Connie put down the toilet seat and climbed up intop of it. He opened the window and gestured for you to fallow him.

You weren't to sure of Connie's decision, but fallowed him anyway. You climbed up ontop of the toilet and started crawling out the window just as you heard the police break down the hotel door. You quickened your pace and hurriedly jumped out if the window, landing on your side from the sloppy escape.

You picked yourself off the pavement and ran to the truck that Connie was hotwiring."Hurry Connie!" You told him while jumping into the passengers seat."They broke through the door it wont be long till they find out we're not in there!"

"I'm trying!" He yelled back at you. He finally got the truck to start and he quickly pulled out.

Tears were streaking down your face. Connie looked over to you worried."What's wrong babe?"

You looked at him angrily."Your what's wrong! there going to catch us and take us to jail, and its all your fualt because you decided to steal the damn money!"

"There not taking us anywhere."Connie looked into your (e/c) orbs.

"CONNIE!" you screamed. Connie slammed in the breaks. Infront of you two was a line of police cars. About ten others were behind you now as well."This is it were going to jail."You cried.

"COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!" Yes a cop who was tall with blonde hair and big eyebrows.

Connie looked at you and shook his head no, but you did as the cop said and came out. Connie fallow you, the cops restrained you both and made you two lean on the car while they patted you both down.

Another cop who was short with black hair handcuffed you while his partner did the same to connie."You two are under arrest. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law."

You cried hysterically as they put you in a different care than Connie. You looked at him through the barred cop car windows. You couldn't hear him but you could tell he was.screaming sorry from the other car.

You couldn't believe him. He was the reason you would probley be put in jail for the rest of your life. You hated him right now. But you couldn't help but miss him being with you right now.

Soon the cop driving you entered the car. She wore glasses and had had brown hair put up in a weird pony/bun. "Sorry about seperating you from your boy hun"She said sadly. You looked down and your cuffed hands. The woman just sighed and turned on the car driving off to the jail.

You stood at a podium In your orange jumpsuit looking at the ground. Your wrists hurt from the cuffs engraving into your skin for a week.

Connie stood a few feet away.from you his head held high but he seemed so dull like all the life was drained out of him.

The judge stood infront of the two of you. He started off the trail. All was going as a normal trial would."You both are charged with multiple fellanys of theft and burglery, and are to be sentanced to  life in prison." You broke down again and tried drying your eyes as to not cry infront of all these people.

Connie saw your wrecked state and raised his voice."Your honor, please don't hold anything against (y/n). She didn't do a thing."You stopped crying and looked over at connie he looked right back at you."I made her do it. I made her help me. I kidnapped her and had her help with the thefts. Please add more to my charges....and let her go."His eyes welled up with tears and his voice cracked.

The judge questioned Connie about his story."Is this story true Mr.Springer?"

"Yes your honor." You shook your head and ran to Connie's podium.

"No Connie no! Please no I wanna be with you!"You turned to face the judge."He's lying don't listen to him!"

Connie shut you up with a kiss."Sorry about that your honor, me and (y/n) have grown attached during our time of being together. She really had no part in any of this."Connie stared at you in reverie. Taking in the sight of you before he would be tooken away."Im ready to pay for my crimes now."

"As you wish."The judge hit his little hammer on the wood block making the sound echo throughout the room."I here by deem, Connie Springer Guilty. On the charges of Theft, Burglery and, kidnapping. I here by sentance him to life in prison, with no parol(even though in real life he probley would have gotten it).

Two men took Connie by each arm and dragged him out of the court room."NO! CONNIE! CONNIE!"You were restraint by the small cop that had been at the scene of your arrest.

After half an hour you sat down a little calmer than before but still crying and reapeating Connie's name over and over. The short coos partner who you learned was Eren uncuffed you."Do you want me to drive you home (y/n)", he asked.

You shook your head."I don't have one."

The Girl cop who drove you to prison spoke up."Don't worry boys ill take care if her.  She can stay at my house till everything is situated." The other three nodded and left the courtroom. The women kneeled down to your level

"My name is Hanji, now common lets get you out of here."

You sat in the visiting room. It had been a year since Connie was arrested. You held the phone to your ear and laughed hearing the latest prank Connie pulled on his cell mate Jean.

"So (y/n) how have you guys been doing?" He said cheerily looking at you through the glass.

You looked down at the bundle in your arms."Were doing fine Connie. I can't stop Hanji from spoiling her though." You smiled looking down at your daughter (d/n). She had Connie's hazel eyes,and your (h/c) hair.

You found out you were having Connie's child a month after court. You had a complete meltdown but Hanji was there for you."Im happy to hear that. They said they might let me out for a day or so under surveylince for are anniversary."

"That's great! they haven't let you out since are wedding day."

He grinned."Yah its been awhile."

You stayed there talking to Connie until Eren came in."(Y/n) we should go its getting late." You nodded.

"Bye Connie ill see you next visiting day."You stood up out of the chair and pushed it in still in the phone.

Connie did the same."Alright. I can't wait. Love you."

"Love you too Connie."It's no Joke. You teally did love him even if he was a crimunal.
