Hunger Games (Eren×Reader) Part Two

third person POV-

Eren watched over your sleeping form. You had been outcold for a few hours now, and the sunrise was just peaking over the mountains. He had dragged you pack to the cave after you smacked right into a tree and fell. After he began to treat your head which had a small bump on it. He also put your shoulder back in place while you were outcold.

He was sad that you had run away from him and said he was like one of them. What the hell was that suppose to mean?! He only did it to survive, if he hadn't killed Mikasa she would have killed him.

You began to stir and Eren stiffened. He didn't know how you would react to him bringing you back. Hopefully that you wouldn't kick him in the balls, scream or run away.

Eren sat down next to you, he moved a piece of your (h/c) behind your ear and out of your face. You flinched and slowly opened your eyes, your vision was blurry and your head hurt like no other. It felt like somebody was repeatedly banging a rock against your head.

You looked around confused on where you were. Than it all came back to you, everything. Memories of the day of the reaping when your name was picked, of when you stood up on that stage waiting for someone to save you but no one did...but of course why would they, you were dead weight at the district anyway....Then the memory of when you first met Eren during training and when he saved you against his sisters wrath. Then memories of the days spent together in the games....and when he told you about How he killed...."NO!"

"(y/n) what's wrong?!"

It was then you just realised Eren was right beside you. You crawled away further into the cave trying to escape him tears cascading down your face as you shook your head vigorously."No!No! Get away from me! Get away!" Eren tried reaching out to you but you just back away more. "Stay away! I just wanna go home."

Eren backed away and a few feet clear across from you. He sighed. "I know, you want to go home. So do I, but the truth is only one of us is going to get out of here-"

"And that's gonna be you right?"You sniffled pulling on the sleeves of your coat."That's why you brought me back, y-your gonna k-k-kill me!"

Eren shook his head and moved closer to you to where he could grab your hands. You trembled at the sudden contact but didn't pull away out if fear GE might hurt you if you even moved. " No, you've got it all wrong."He wiped away a tear in your cheek with his thumb. "I brought you back so you would live, look like I said only one of us is leaving,....and I want that someone to be you. Even if it mean I have to die."

You didn't know what to say, Eren was willing to throw his life away for you. "Y-Your not serious."

"Dead serious." Eren looked you in the eyes you could tell he was serious now. He had that stupid determined scowl on his face.

You looked away from his piercing gaze."Fine I believe you. But we can't stay here we need food." You could tell he was probley smiling right now.

You and Eren were hunting making new footprints in the pristine white snow. It had been a few days since Eren decided you were in good enough condition to leave the cave. Now you two were in the middle of nowhere. The number of tributes had decreased dramatically and now it was you Eren boys and girls from one and two.

"Eren the rabbits gone, lets just find a place to sleep I'm tired." You gave up on finding food for the day, the Both if you had probley been walking for over two hours looking for a scrony looking hare.

Eren would't give up, using his sword he poked around the bushes looking fir anything really. "Common (y/n) it couldn't have gone that far, 10 more minutes of searching and well go find a place to sleep I swear."

You sighed but agreed to his plan. Eren continued looking for the rabbit and you fallowed close behind him until he suddenly came to a stop."What's wrong Eren." you tried to peer over his shoulder but Eren was too tall.

"Yah Jaeger boy."Said a femanin voice."Cats got your tongue."

Suddenly you felt two strong hands your shoulder keeping you firmly in place."E-Eren-"You tried to get his attention but were cut off by the female voice again.

"Shut it! its quite rude to talk when not spoken to....So Eren let me ask you this, and this time don't run away.....Are you and your girlfriend ready to die?"
