Why are you so?(Bertolt×Reader)

Second person POV-

You were walking With Bertolt to the training grounds where you going about to be running laps. Bertolt wasn't saying much like usual but he begain to get the jitters again just like he would always do before training. You looked up from the dirt you were kicking up with your boots to look up at the tall boy, that when you noticed him start acting up and of course it was up to you to calm him down."Hey Bert you okay? You look mote nervous than usual is there something wrong?"

He shook his head. Nervously he rubbed the back if his nape."No (y/n) im fine its just I've been thinking about the exposition a lot."Its true he has been more nervous since the announcement Erwin made Monday.

You smiled up at Bertolt."Its okay Berty im sure well be just fine."You replied trying to pat the top of his head which was a complete fail since he was so damn tall. You gave up and just patted his back instead."But one more question if you don't mind."

"And what would that be?"

Bertolt looked down at you looking into your (e/c) eyes. Making you blush a light shade of pink that was almost unoticeable."W-well why are you so damn tall huh?"

He laughed patting your head."Maybe im not tall and your just short (y/n)." You crossed your arms and stuck your tounge out at the male.

"I am not short! I am the same height as Mikasa."You stated walking ahead if him reaching the training grounds before he did.

Soon Bert caught up to you the two of you waited for Jean and Renier to hurry up and get there.They were always late to practice. But the two of you let it slide. In no less than five minutes the Horseface and blinde boy appeared infront of you and Bertolt."Sorry for taking forever,Renier wouldn't stop talking to Eren. Honestly I don't know why he even wants to socialize with Jaeger."

"Hes an okay person."Renier retorted as the two silently glared at eachother.

You clung onto Bert's arm pulling him over towards were the squad stood.You didn't like to miss training (because Levi would kill you of course)."Common Berty I don't want to be late again."You cringed remembering how Levi made you clean every inch of the headquarters and well everything.

He nodded and let you pull him in line with the test of the squad .Soon Levi had sent you all running 199 laps(he decided to be nice and not give you 200).

"I bet I can beat you this time Bert~!"You got into a running/jogging stance."

Bertolt flashed you a small smile."Game on (y/n)."

You were bent over supporting yourself hands on your knees trying to regain your breath. Bertolt still beat you this time...just...like...every...fucking...day.Beads of sweat ran down your forehead and you wiped them away. you stood straight and looked at Bertolt who was drinking some water."Bertolt why are you so fast? literally you finished like five minutes before me!"

You chuckled."Well I have long legs."You frowned."U-uhm well w-would some water make you forgive me?"He outstretched his water towards you and you violently took it out of his hand taking large gulps of water."Don't drink it all (y/n)!"

You smiled and purposely drank the rest that was in the flask."You don't tell me what to do."You smiled shoving the empty flask to his chest.

He mumbled something as he fallowed you walk into a building were the punching bags were.It was now free time and you could do whatever you wanted for the rest if the day. Today Bertolt promised to help you with your punches. You went into the bathroom inside the building stripping out of your jacket, belts and shirt.(you were wearing a sports bra so its okay)You folded the shirt neatly leaving it on the bench with your belts. Exiting the bathroom you went to a little compartment filled with gloves that had the fingers cut off so it just covered your knuckles, you slipped them in and walked into the main room were Bert was all ready to go pulling on his gloves."Oh uhm (y/n),"Bert looked at your half naked figure and blushed. He looked at the punching bag hanging from the ceiling averting your gaze."Lets start."You nodded walking towards Bert you positioned yourself in a punching stance.Bert fixed a few flaws in your position before letting you continue.You hit the bag with a great amount of gorse sending it swaying."Good, good."Bert complimented you. Although he wasn't really watching your punches just starring at your body. To Bertolt you were the most beautiful girl in the whole world but he was to shy and nervous to tell you. So all he could do was love you from afar while all the others boys oggled at you but you were of course very oblivious to this fact.

"Hey Bert look!"You snapped Bertolt out of his thoughts."Look how fast its swaying. Your such a great teacher man why are you so good at everything you have no idea how jealous I am of you."You childishly grinned.

He awkwardly smiled back then looked down at the wood floorboards."And you have no idea his much I love you."He mumbled.

"What'd you say?"You walked closer to Bertolt."Hello Berty im asking you a question."

He gulped at how close you were too him and blushed.You on the other hand got rid of the space between you, you were looking up at him hands on your hips."Common man what did you say! I promise I wont tell."You whined.

He took a deep breath."Isaidyoulooksocuteandyouradorableandthatyourthemostprettiestgirlaliveandthatimjealousofallthoseotherboysbeingaroundyouandi-i-iloveyou!"His face was now flushed red and so was yours.

a awkward se one passed before you grabbed bertolts shirt bringing him down to your level."Bertolt!....."You kissed his nose."Why are you so damn cute."
