Chapter 10

Cheryl P.O.V
I heard everything my mom said to Toni. But I decided that I'll ask her later. When Toni opened the door I smiled. Toni ran to me and hugged me. And kissed me.
"I'm so sorry this is all my fault." Toni said as she sat next to me.
"Toni this isn't your fault. It's who ever did theirs fault." I said as I grabbed her hand. And kissed her knuckles.
"Well I guess this means we won't, get to continue what happened at my house earlier." Toni said smirking. I rolled my eyes and playfully shoved her away.
"Is Veronica okay?" I asked worryingly.
"Yeah she's up. And she's fine." Toni said and looked at her feet.
"Hey look at me, this is not your fault. You didn't do anything." I said holding her face between my hands. As tears rolled down her cheeks.
"It is my fault actually. Because the man who tried to fight me had one of my uncles men follow you and Veronica. A-and he staged t-the accident. Because h-he knows how much y -you guys mean to me." Toni said as she started to cry.
"Come here." I said as I moved to make room for Toni. She climbed in and wrapped her arms around my waist. And placed her head on my chest. I rubbed her back to help calm her down.
"Have you eaten?" I asked her. Still rubbing her back.
"Yeah." Toni said lookin up at me.
"What did you eat?" I asked her as I was caressing her cheek.
"I had some Chex mix." Toni said. We kept eye contact for a while. Toni unwrapped her hands from my waist. And propped herself with her elbows. Toni and I leaned in until are lips were barely touching. I closed the gap and connect our lips. We continued to kiss each other until we heard a knock on the door. We pulled away and smiled at each other.
"Come in." I said as Toni got off my bed. Alice and Betty and came in.
"How are you feeling sweetie?" Alive asked me.
"I'm fine. My head hurts but I'll live through it." I said honestly.
"Well I hope you get better soon." Slice said as she gave Cheryl a hug,and left.
"I'll be right back." Toni whispered in my ear. And gave me a quick kiss. And left the room. Betty smirked at me when Toni left the room.
"What?" I asked my cousin.
" I heard from Veronica that Toni gave you a bunch of love marks." Betty said. I blushed and looked away.
"And I was wondering when were you going to tell me?" Betty asked me sitting down in a chair.
"Oh well I hope you feel better. But this is not my scene. So bye." Archie said as he opened the door.
Me and Betty laughed and kept gossiping. A while later Toni came in my room.
"Hey baby girl." Toni said holding something behind her back.
"Hey babe what you hiding?" I asked her trying to see what's she's hiding. She smiled and walked to me.
"Surprise!" Toni said as she revealed a bouquet of roses. I smiled at her and took the roses and smelled them. I looked at Toni and placed my hand behind her head and pushed her onto my lips.
"Thank you,you really didn't have to. Did you get some for Veronica?" I said as I smiled at her.
"I know. But I felt like doing something for the most beautiful and wonderful girlfriend in the world. And yes I got some for. Veronica."Toni said as she sat down next to me. We sat in a comfortable silence. Until her phone rang. She reached for her phone. The call said unknown.
"Hello... Yeah....ok....tomorrow?...yeah I'll be there.. ok bye." Toni said. She hung up her phone and got up from my bed.
"What's that about? And where are you going ?" I asked Toni.
"The bank. They need to talk to me about my money. And I'm hungry so I'm going to get pops." Toni said. I rolled my eyes and turned on the TV.
News reporter: The accident that happens at 1:00pm early today. Caused Veronica Lodge daughter of Hiram and Hermoine Lodge. And Cheryl Blossom daughter of Clifford and Penelope Blossom, to go to surgery. We don't any information on what their injuries are. But we are told that they are Okay and awake. This is Martha Smith from Riverdale news channel 3. At 4:00pm.Reporting from Riverdale general hospital.  Martha said. I decided to switch the channel to Disney channel. They were playing My babysitter's a vampire. I used to watch this a lot with Jason. As I was watching the show. My room door opened. I looked up and saw a nurse come in.
"I'm here to check up on you. And give you your pain killers." The nurse said as she wrote somethings in her clipboard.  I nodded my head. And the nurse came up to me.
"Ms.Blossom I'm going to need you look at me. And follow the light." The nurse said. I did as I was told and took my meds and she left. A little while later the door opened to revival Toni with a big smile on her face.
"Why are you soo happy?" I asked her. She leaned in and gave me a kiss. And sat down in the chair next to me.
"Oh I love this show. I especially love the vampire girl. I forgot her name." Toni said ignoring my question.
"Toni?" I asked one more time. But she didn't pay attention to me.
"Babe?..Baby...TT.." I didn't get a response for any of those so,I decided call her name I knew she wouldn't be able to ignore.
"Daddy!" I shouted. Toni shot her head to face me.
"About time I got your attention." I said as I rolled my eyes.
"Daddy?" Toni asked.
"Well I called you all of my pet names. You didn't pay attention to me." I said annoyed.
"I like it. Maybe it should be a regular thing." Toni said with a smirk. I couldn't help but smile at her stupidness.
"I'll think about it." I said with a smirk and a wink.
Toni gave me a kiss. And a doctor came in.
"Ms.Topaz can I talk to you?" The doctor asked.
"Sure." Toni said and left the room again. They stood in front my room window. But I couldn't hear anything. The doctor gave Toni a clipboard and and a pen. She signed the paper. And came back in the room.
"What was that about Toni?" I asked her.
"I was just.. signing some papers." Toni said.
"Yeah I know that but,what were they about?" I asked trying to push her.
"Promise me that you won't get mad." Toni said.
"Okay I promise." I said. And Toni took a deep breath and looked at me.
"I paid for you and Veronica medal bills." Toni said worried I freak out. I couldn't find any words.
"Cheryl are you Okay?" Toni said.
"Yeah I just... Toni you didn't have to do that." I said and took her hand.
"I know..but I feel bad. I know you guys say it's not my fault. But if I can help you guys I'm going to do it." Toni said. I smiled and we kept watching the show. After an hour passed Toni left. Because she had a shift at the wyrm. She kissed me goodbye and I turned off the Tv. Me and Veronica and Betty faced  timed and we fell asleep shortly after.
