While walking with tony to the car, you thought how Steve was acting. Not happy, sad, more depressed. You got in the car and thought some more "Hey baby, you want to go to dinner tonight." Tony asked while pulling out of Central Park "I can't I have to report back to headquarters". You said trying to avoid the fact that you're going out with Steve. "About that.." tony with a little smirk. "What?" You chuckled "How about you don't go back." He said as he stopped at a light causing him to look at you. "What do you mean?" You asked. "I mean move in with me, I know it's way to early but it's just.. it feels right, look I almost lost you today and I don't want that to happened again. You know. Please?" He looks at you as he kept babbling You didn't want to leave Steve by himself. But you loved tony. And you could leave SHIELD. "Oh. I don't know tony, that's a big step-" You gave him an unsure face. The light then turns green, and tony started to drive. "I know I know. Please?" He asked. "I'll think about. I'll have to see what fury says." You lied. But he didn't know that. "Ya of course." Tony saddens at the thought you didn't feel the same. But he kept his eyes on the road "Hey Hey Hey, Baby just because I'm unsure doesn't mean I don't love you." You said as you rubbed his check. He nodded. Just then tony gets a call from the ceo of stark industry, pepper Potts. "Hello, hi pepper" he said all of a sudden got happy. As he was talking on the phone you left out the voice of tony talking to another woman and gazed off by the sight of outside. He finishes talking and spoke. "So I guess I'll take you back." He spoke with a soft painful voice. "Ya.." you said as you felt this tension in the car. HEADQUARTERS You guys didn't speak, until you hit headquarters. He pulls up in front of headquarters. "Hey. I love you Okay. And nothings going to change that." You said to tony as you gave him a kiss on the lips. "I know." He said as he smiled You got out the car and waved good bye. As you started to walk to the door you seen bruce, Steve, and Natasha talking to fury. You walked in and tried to avoid everyone. You were tired and hurting. "Agent (You last name)." You heard fury call You turn around and rolled your eyes at the same time. "Great What now." You thought to yourself trying not to show it. "Yes?" He said giving him a fake smile, you see him walking towards you and seen everyone away except Steve. "You did great out there. I heard stark almost died." He said emotionless. "Ya, thank god he didn't ." You said as you thought of the traumatic moment. "I know you're tried so I'll make this quick. Can we check on you. Make sure you're okay. Steve told me you got cut on your back by one those weird looking creatures toys. So we have to take some tests" he said as you seen behind him you saw a concerned Steve slouching crossing his arms. "Agent?" Fury said again "I don't know I have plans." You snapped back. "I wasn't asking you. Go to the laboratory where agent Rogers was place during his coma." He said as he walking away. Just then Steve walks towards you. "Really!?" You signed as slapped your hands on your thigh "I was only doing the right thing." Steve already knew what you were talking about. "I don't need your help. Okay! You don't know what I have been through , how much pain I have gone through. And I don't need your help. I don't need anyone's help!" You started to raise your voice. You started to clench your fists at the thought of people hurting you. The ground starts to shake softly, Steve starts to notice. "Hey Hey. I'm sorry Okay. But You don't have to go alone. Okay? I'll be right there. If they do something to you. I swear I'll hurt them, Okay??" Steve says grabbing your shoulder making sure he makes eye contact, so you can call down. "O.. okay..." you said as you felt Steve's hands touching your hands. As you started to relaxed a little bit more, got the courage to walk with Steve to the laboratory. LABORATORY as you were entering the the laboratory you slowly stop at the entrance. "Hey you got this. I'm right here if you need me." Steve said picking up your chin. "Thank you." You said giving him a smile. As you entered they made you put a hospital robe, making your to back show. As you were encountering the hospital bed you got flash backs. "Alright I'm going to need you to lay down here and put this gas mask on." He said as handing you a gas mask. "What? Why are you putting me to sleep? How long is this going to stay asleep for? I can't do this." "Miss, were just putting you to sleep just in cause you go AWAL." He tried to calm you down. You stopped in front of the bed and started to get on the bed. You put the mask on and while laying on the bed you fell asleep. 1 hour later You started to wake up and everything was a bulr. You got up slowly with a blood packet and an ivy on your vain. "You're all done." Agent hill said coming to you pulling off the ivy and the blood packet. "What's the time." You asked as you remembered that you have to meet Steve at 8:30. "10 after 8" agent hill said pulling everything out. "You're good to go." She said As you got up, you couldn't feel your legs. You were sleepy and felt numb on your back. You walked slowly to your room, to change into something else that doesn't say shield YOUR ROOM The time was 8:15 it gave you 10 minutes to change, i didn't want to do my make up because it wasn'timportant. So I wore something comfy, with a messy bun. As you began to take put your clothes on you noticed how many bruises you have all over your body, you looked at your back and saw a big scar on your back. As you were touching the scar you heard a knock on the door. "I'll be there in a minute" you yelled out. You finished getting ready. This is how you look.

As you open the door you grabbed your phone and saw the time. "Hey look at that. I'm early" You thought to your self looking at the time 8:29. When you opened the door you saw Steve. "Ready?" Steve asked leaning on the side of the door. "Yep." LARRYS PIZZERIA You and Steve walked to Larry's and took a seat at the table you usually sat at. "How are you feeling?" Steve asked as he looked in your eyes. You look down, "I could be better, what about you? I mean you fought harder then I did." You tried to look away as you said that "I'm fine. I'm mostly worried about you." He said not realizing what he said. "I mean.. I'm mean" he stuttering. "I'm fine." You said ignoring that what he said. He smiles You smile back. 2 HOURS LATER "Should we go" you suggested. After 2 hours of talking you both decided to get up and leave. As you and Steve were walking back to headquarters he asked you a question. "So hows life going?" Steve asked "Pretty shitty." You replied as you looked at the street light in front of you. "Hey! Language." He said with a straight face "Alright DAD!" I laughed "Anyways why?" He said "Why what?" You said trying to avoid the question "Why does your life suck" He asked, stopping at a corner "Because it just sucks. People just are mean. They don't understand me." You said as you stopped in front of him with your head down. He walks in front of you bring your Chin up, you and Steve are making eye contact. You faces are close together. "It doesn't have to be that way." Steve said getting closer and closer to your lips. He then puts his hand on your check. You then look at his lips, then to his eyes. He did the same, Steve slowly moved in, giving you the opportunity to pull away. But you didn't, you leaned in. You both leaned and now you both are kissed passionately. A/N AWW Chet here we go!
