  Skele: Hiyah, nice to be back again. How've you been? Life been treating you well? Now, as you may be wondering what is this? This my lovely reader is my very own reference to characters in this story. You see, I forget things and the world of Mantodea is a vast and roiling one. So, I thought it well to keep my own reference. Whenever something new happens or something new is added I put it in my phone and add more and more to it until I have a good idea of what I need and what I am done with. Seeing as we've reached a point in this story where characters have died and I don't exactly "need them" anymore I have decided to put their little bios up here for you all (with my own little notes about them too €;) not only will there be some character bios, I will also add some of the object bios too giving some info on those as well. Enjoy lovelies.

Dead Characters

Sora 24

She follows Maria and has had a strong familial love with her up to her death. Due to this strong familial love, she eventually follows Maria to her death and becomes a vengeful spirit afterward. She Is gleeful upon watching Maria get torn apart, thusly, giving her her final peace. Doesn't have much personality or presence in the story other than that other than that.

Officially I can't give these characters any features seeing as they are Reader's family, though I still did ;-;

Never to be told in this story the L/n family is one of striking golden locks and dark skin.

Sora wears her's in a messy bun and ponytail with bangs. She also wears a white and pink robe around everywhere. She truly is the silent type. Preferring to stick to her sister's Shadow rather than the spotlight. She also had a calling for smaller animals. She'd been keeping a tiny caterpillar in her room before she died.

Maria 23

She's a bitch but has her own moral code. She hates reader and gives her out to the public to be ridiculed and shamed. She seduces many of the men in town on her brothers (Henrick's) orders and follows them because she loves him. She has a light baby blue shell which contrasts with her main colors, red. This shell is meant to symbolize the one hint of innocence the character has, her naivety and fealty to said brother. In the end, if she hadn't of died she would have used Marion Oric as her next victim. Her favorite color is red. Creating this character I feel a deep sense of sadness for her. Truly, if she hadn't been manipulated things could have gone a lot differently. I believe that in the end, she regretted what she did. I don't believe she deserved to die.

Books of Importance so far-

Neshveroc- The holy book gifted to the beetles long ago. Currently rests inside the main church of the village under Morvanna's protection.

Places in the kingdom of Mantodea-

The Sun District- The home of the royalty and highest of the high in Mantodea. This is where Luca, Aria, and Eleanor live. For now, most of it is draped in mystery seeing as we have barely visited it. The palace, which is here, is full of jittery servants, afraid of displeasing Aria. A subset of this area is the Dawn Sanctum, which is a dungeon in the sun district, to which only royalty, high nobles, the head priest, and the second in command can go. Only people who have committed extreme crimes are sent there as punishment. Percephire is currently being held here. As well as this area the Metal of the Sun District is also here. It is the strongest metal in Mantodea and is kept for high profile cases. Currently, Percephire is chained with these metals and on Quintarion's insistence, they were used upon the main character during her trial.

The Day District- To be honest, this place is not mentioned nor developed much yet in the story. The only things we know so far is that this place is the most diverse in the kingdom. Many artisans set up shop here. Common mantid of good wealth stay here. This area is mostly headed by someone who isn't a mantis nor a beetle. We will meet them later on.

The Moon District- A step up from the night district but still not as safe or wealthy as the day district. Crime appears here every once in a while and it is where most of the citizens live in Mantodea. It is mostly headed by the head priest (Ranen), though, in his stead it goes to the next in command and so on and so forth. Religion dominates this area unlike the other areas and it is the holding place of the Cathedral of Mantodea. This is the main meeting place for worshippers of Ashvaric and is where the head priest lives, accpets challenges, cleanses themself, and does other needs that pertain to specific events. The amulet of Ignis was held here before Ranen regained possession of it.

The Night District- The sleeziest most crime filled place in the kingdom. It's basically a slum with barely any redeemable aspects to it. Most of the things that happen under this area are covered in the shade of depravity it irradiates. Not much will be known as of the moment about this place except that is headed by one mantis whose name we do not know yet.
