I woke up in a panic because it was 10:30 and I was supposed to be up at 7:15! Why didn't Blake wake me up?? I scrambeled out of bed, bunny slippers and all, and I raced downstairs after peeking into Coles room. His bed was made and he was nowhere to be seen. I came downstairs to see Blake was getting ready to go and Cole was eating cereal and playing on his phone. "COLE???" I blurted his name kinda harshly. When he looked at me he smiled. Blake just winked and looked away. What was going on? "Why aren't we at school??" I asked. "Cole convinced me that I should let you two stay home today while I'm at school because of what happened last night." Blake explained. From behind the table, Cole smirked at me. I could tell he had something up his sleeve because he had this look in his eye that he has when he has a surprise. Blake seemed to be in on it too from the way he was acting. "Okay well I'm going to go get dressed I'll be down in a half hour....." I hurried and grabbed the pack of Oreos on the counter and ran upstairs.
When I got up to my room, I plugged my iPhone into the speaker and played my favorite playlist on Spotify. I put on my high waisted denim shorts, and a white crop top. I left my hair straight and my same sandals from yesterday. I didn't feel like going all out with my makeup for today so I just put some concealer, lipstick, and mascara. I looked myself in the mirror before heading out the door, I wonder what he could possibly have planned.
