*Dylan's POV*

The concert was great. Audrey slept over after and the boys and Christina were coming over in an hour. Audrey, Sam and I decided to run to Target to buy some board games and other fun things. As we walked down the isles, me pushing Audrey sitting in the cart, I saw a familiar face.
"Wyatt?" I asked, walking up to the person.
He turned, "Dylan! Oh gosh it's been awhile."
I crossed my arms, "Yeah, ever since you cheated on me."
"I'm sorry Dylan. I messed up and you deserve better. I heard about the Jonah guy who cheated on you. He's a jerk too, we both lost a great girl," Wyatt sighed.
"I appreciate that you realize your mistake. Also why are you in LA?" I asked.
"Visiting a friend who goes to college around here," he responded.
I nodded, "Cool, anyways I gotta go. My friends are going to be at my house soon. Nice seeing you."
He waved, "Bye Dylan, nice seeing you too. I hope you find a guy who treats you with respect and gives you what I couldn't."
I smiled as I walked out of the isle.
Sam turned to me, "He definitely was smart by apologizing."
Audrey nodded, "From what you told me he definitely changed in a good way. I like how he realized his mistake. It seems like he respects you which I'm glad."
"Yeah, the last time we talked he was a jerk, he definitely learned from his mistakes," I replied.
We finished up shopping and headed back to the apartment. When we opened the door we rushed inside and began setting up everything. We had board games, some snacks even though they were bringing some, and even a few rainbow lights because we wanted to have a dance party.
Right as we finished setting the lights up a knock was heard at the door.
"I got it," I said as I ran to unlock it.
I opened the door to reveal Christina and all of the guys, including Jonah. I was confused, he wasn't supposed to come.
"Hey Dylan! We brought tons of candy and chips and ice cream," Christina smiled, making her way inside.
"That's great," I replied as I grabbed her arm and pulled her into my room, "Why is Jonah here?"
She scratched the back of her neck, "Well when we were leaving he asked where we were going and I said your place. He asked if he could come since he had nothing to do and I felt bad."
"Oh," I muttered, "Just give me a heads up next time."
She nodded and we headed back into the living room.
"Ok so we bought a speaker and like disco light things cause you apparently wanted to have a dance party," Sam was explaining to the guys.
"Yeah, that was Zach and Jack," Daniel chuckled.
"You guys are weird," Audrey shook her head as she went to the counter where the grocery bags sat.
She started to unload the food and stuff it into her mouth.
I facepalmed, "Gosh Audrey, your hungry."
She shrugged, "Its junk food, I can't resist."
Christina sat on the couch next to Corbyn, "So anything interesting today?"
I shook my head, not wanting to talk about Wyatt in front of everyone.
"Lies," Sam smirked.
I glared at her and we had a conversation with our eyes. It was like 'don't tell them' and 'no, I am going to tell them.'
I quickly walked to the kitchen and opened the fridge so nobody could see my face as Sam told everyone.
"Ok, when we were at Target we ran into Dylan's previous previous ex, before Jonah. His name is Wyatt but anyways, he was apologizing to Dylan and telling her that she deserved someone who would treat her right and more super nice stuff. He definitely changed and we were all appreciating how he realized his mistake but wasn't trying to force Dylan into forgiving him, which she did," Sam leaned back on the couch as she glanced at me.
I quickly turned toward the fridge again.
"I'm happy he realized what he lost," I heard Christina say.

*Jonah's POV*

So she'd forgive Wyatt but not me? Maybe she just needed a bit more time. I watched as she glanced at me, I smiled and she turned away. I knew she was thinking what I was.
"Can we have a dance party now?" Zach pleaded.
Everyone chuckled.
"Sure Zach, let me just turn on the speaker. Dylan, can you get the lights?" Sam asked.
"Yeah sure," Dylan mumbled as she found the remote for the lights, turning them on.
Everyone stood up when the music turned on expect me, I felt really uncomfortable. I saw Dylan out of the corner of my eye sitting on a stool at the island. I stood up and made my way to her. As I sat down she looked up.
"Hey," I said
"Hey," she replied, "Look, I'm sorry I haven't forgiven you yet but you know why. Wyatt broke me once, you on the other hand, twice. It's really difficult not trusting you because you know I trust easily but I'm telling myself not to, at least for now."
I nodded, "I don't expect you to trust me again and I'm sorry I have given you reasons not to. I know maybe friends is a huge step right now so maybe just acquaintances."
She nodded, "Acquaintances it is."
We both smiled and I held my hand out and she shook it.
"Now let's go make fools out of ourselves," she laughed as we joined the others dancing like maniacs.
