                       @Dylan_Queen: He isn't sorry, when he left me that day he said he was happy to leave to LA so he wouldn't have to deal with me anymore. He doesn't care about me.

  I put my phone on the couch and curled up in my blankets, laying in my misery.
  A sudden knock on the door and keys fumbling revealed that Sam was back home.
  I looked over the couch to see her burst through the door. Her eyes landed on me immediately, turning sad. She ran over to me.
  "Dyl, I can't believe he did that to you. He doesn't deserve you, your better than him," she wrapped her arms around me.
  I cried into her shoulder, "And t-that's not it. I-I ran into," I paused, looking at her face, "into Jonah."
  Her eyes went wide and she sat beside me on the couch, "You what? How did it go? Are you ok?"
  I shrugged, sniffling, "Not really. His friend said he wanted to apologize but I just don't know. What he did left a scar on my heart and I don't know how I'll be able to forgive that. And why after all these years does he feel sorry now. Is it because I'm finally good enough?"
  "No Dylan, you were always good enough and smart enough and pretty enough. Maybe he does want to apologize but he shouldn't expect forgiveness," Sam shook her head.
  "Sam, thank you so much. I love you bestie, you always are there for me," I wiped my tears and smiled.
  "I love you too and I will never leave your side," she replied, returning my smile, "And by the way, you look horrible!"
  I laughed, "Thanks."
  "Come on, let's go out to get late lunch. You need to have some fun after today's events," she grabbed my arm and pulled me off the couch.
  "Ok, let's have some fun," I went to my room and changed.
  I wiped off my makeup that was all messed up from my tears and brushed my hair. I left my room and we walked out the door.
  We went to eat and after we strolled around town, sitting on the beach and watching the sunset.
  "Hey Sam," I said, resting my head on her shoulder.
  "Yeah," she replied.
  "You are the best friend I could ever ask for," I smiled.
  She put her arm around my shoulder, "And so are you."

We walked back into town and we both spotted an ice cream shop.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Sam asked, turning towards Dylan.
Dylan nodded and the two sprinted towards the shop. They passed many people on the sidewalk, Sam bumping into one and falling.
"Sam, are you alright?" Dylan asked laughing, helping her up.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I am so clumsy," giggled Sam.
"I'm so sorry for bumping into you," a boy with bright blue eyes and blonde hair said.
"It's alright, it was kinda my fault. I was running," Samantha responded.
I stayed quiet, knowing this was one of they guys from earlier.
"I'm Daniel by the way," he said, shaking Sam's hand.
"Samantha," she smiled, looking back at me, "And this is my best friend Dylan."
I rubbed the back of my neck.
"Oh Dylan, we didn't meet necessarily but I saw you earlier. I'm one of Jonah's friends," Daniel waved.
I nodded, not saying a word. Sam looked at me, concerned.
"Look, I know what Jonah did was wrong but he really wants to apologize, he doesn't care about forgiveness. He just wants to say he messed up. He's in this store if you want to-" Daniel was cut off by Sam.
"I think they should see each other," she said, grabbing my arm and pulling me after Daniel.
"No Sam, you know I don't want to do this," I pleaded.
"Just listen to him, then we can get ice cream and go home," we walked into the store and I saw four guys standing and admiring something.
Daniel walked over there and tapped Jonah's shoulder. He turned around and saw me. I tried to loosen Sam's grip on my arm but she held me tight, squeezing my shoulder to show support.
"Dylan, I want to apologize for what I did to you-" I stopped his lame apology.
"Jonah, if you are so sorry and you regret what you did, then why did you do it in the first place? Am I pretty enough for you now where you want to apologize and be friends? Is it because you want it to look good on your part? Because what you did hurt me, I didn't eat for two weeks, I didn't go to school, I cried myself to sleep, not feeling good enough for you or anyone. So if you want to say your sorry, I won't forgive you," I said sternly, feeling tears form in my eyes and fall down my face.
I broke away from Sam's grasp and ran out of the store. I ran away from all my problems and didn't turn back, running into the unknown.

  A/N- Once again, I hope you are enjoying the story! I think I'm going to publish two parts today cause I wanna get the story going! I am also so excited because I am going to their concert in a few days!😲Love y'all!❤️
