No one's POV
Sabrina was in the library during her study trying to find anything she could about the grey creatures. She took out every book that had to do with ancient myths. As far as she knew, these things could be anything...
Sabrina sighed as she ran a hand through her hair in frustration. She found nothing. Nothing that was helpful. Nothing that gave her any clue what these little guys were and why they were suddenly appearing. Just thinking about it made Sabrina want to throw a book across the room.
She glanced at the clock and muttered under her breath. The bell would ring any moment. Hurrying, she placed all the books back where she found them and started heading to her next class.
As she walked her mind raced with possibilities of how to figure out her problem. Maybe Puck could capture one of them. Where would they even put it? And how would she ever sneak anything into the house without her family knowing?
She then felt a tap on her shoulder and turned to see Taylor. The brown haired girl tilted her head to the side and let out a chuckle.
"Hey Sabrina! What are you thinking about? I called your name like 5 times and you just seemed spaced out." She said with a smile. Sabrina sighed.
"Just stuff. Nothing to worry about though." She reassured. Taylor nodded, as if she understood.
"Let's go to Spanish buddy!" She said as she skipped with her books in her hand. Sabrina, despite her aggravation, smiled at Taylor.
"You're so peppy..." she started, "how?" Taylor thought for a second. She smiled sheepishly and bit her lower lip.
"I'm actually not that peppy to be completely honest...I'm already stressed and legit have no idea what I'm doing..." she then gave Sabrina a cheeky grin. "But I try to make the most of it...after all, you only have one short life." Sabrina nodded, although thought about the people she knew who had lived and were living very long lives.
After a few seconds, they reached their class room. Sabrina sat in front of Taylor, their assigned seats. Sabrina turned to Taylor with a curious expression.
"Hey...where did you go to elementary school? I thought Ferryport Landing only had like one school." She asked. "And I'm almost positive you didn't go there." Taylor seemed to freeze. She opened her mouth slightly, her eyes looking around the room."Oh...uh well...I moved here...when I was...I mean last year...yeah last year during the summer...and my...uh parents...they homeschooled me...until now..." she stumbled upon her words. Sabrina's mind immediately thought of many more questions. But instead she asked one.
"Taylor...what's your last name?" She slowly questioned. Taylor seemed to be pained by the interrogation. She took a deep breath, which made Sabrina even more suspicious.
"Uh...Griffin...yeah...Griffin...that's why were sitting together...cuz our names...are so...close..." she said slowly...although it seemed like she didn't even believe it.
When the class started, Sabrina turned to the front of the class...but her mind kept questioning the girl behind her.
