Libby's POV

It was 9:10 and we were getting ready to go to the park. The police had called for back up and luckily they got it in time so we may not have to help take down my father! I'm not sure if I really wanted to see my dad get arrested. I know that he did so many awful things to my family but he is my dad. Wait a second. Duck that, he murdered my sister! I hope he rots in hell!

"Libby you ready?" Luke called.

"Yep!" I yelled back. I was still in my dance outfit but couldn't be asked to change. I slipped my vans on and walked downstairs. Everyone was sitting in the kitchen waiting for me. The police had already gone and we're in position at the park.

"Shall we go?" My mum asked shakily. We all nodded but I just stared at the floor where I found my sisters bleeding body.

"Libby are you okay?" Dani whispered. I looked up at her and saw her looking at me with concern.

"I'm not sure if I can do this." I sighed.

"What do you mean?"

"Watch him go to prison. I sound so stupid and I don't think know why I'm having this sort if regret!" I sobbed.

" you feel guilty but don't! I felt like it earlier when the police left but all I thought of was that phone call from you telling me Jo had been shot."

"I know and every time I look down right there I picture her body surrounded in a puddle of blood. Her face clearly in pain. Eyes closed, pulse going. I have nightmares about hearing that gunshot over and over!" I cried looking at the spot on the floor. "This man is going behind bars forever and I don't care how much guilt I feel. He deserves it!" I choked out hugging Dani tight.

"Come on Lou we better go and get this over with." She whispered. We pulled away and she whiped the smeared make up from under my eyes.

Lily's car was already gone so there was only Dani, Luke, my mum and I that were going in the mini. I got in the front of the car with Dani and Luke and my mum got in the back. The ride wasn't too long so we were there in no time.

I could see a shadowed figure next to a bush in the corner of the park. My heart began to race as I got out of the car. My knees were about to give way and my lips were trembling, my eyes threatening to spill over a waterfall of tears. I was about to face the man who made my family's life hell for 5 years then came back and killed my own sister. My beautiful baby sister.

I noticed that I hadn't moved from the spot next to the car so when I looked up, Luke was waiting for me.

"Are you ready for this?" He asked me intwining our hands.

"Yeah..." I sighed taking a deep breath. We slowly made our way over to Lily who had just pulled up and walked slowly to the other side of the field. The man dressed in black pulled off his hood showing his face. He had aged alot since I last saw him. His hair was grey and he had grown a beard. His pupils were dilated at the whites of his eyes were bloodshot red showing that he was high as usual.

"Why hello my 3 favourite ladies!" He beamed evilly.

"Fuck off John!" Mum spat.

"Stay out if it Susan. When were you going to introduce me to your bitch Libby?" He asked pointing to Luke.

"Oh fuck you! Luke isn't my bitch he is my boyfriend and I love him! I would have let you meet him if you weren't an alcoholic and a crack head!" I retaliated.

"I would shut up now libby! Look at you! Ya little slut! What are you wearing? You actually remind me of a prostitute!" He smirked.

"Actually I wore it to dance! You know dance... oh yeah I'm still doing it even though you told me it was useless! I'm actually supposed to be in Australia at the academy I study at right now but I took time off! Maybe if you payed more attention to Dani Jo and I when we were younger you would know but you were to busy getting drunk off of your head and smoking pot down the alleyways!" I yelled. He rose his hand up to slap me but Luke grabbed his wrist.

"If you lay a finger on her, I will kill you with my bare hands!" He whispered harshly.

As if on que, the police came charging out of the bushes taking him down instantly hand cuffing him behind his back.

"I am going to get all of you! You wait and see!" He yelled before disappearing behind the doors of a police van.

"It's okay he will be put behind bars forever! He has no idea what he is talking about." A police man about mum's age told us.

We thanked him before walking away.

"Let's get back before my legs fall off!" Michael shivered.

"Well Michael learned not to wear shorts in England when it's winter!" Calum laughed.

"Never wear shorts in England full stop! Even in the summer it's bloody freezing!" Lily exclaimed.

"Says the person who is always like 'your house is so hot!' When you come over!" Ash smirked.

"You do always have the heating on!" I contributed.

"Lou, don't act like you don't like the heat and showing off your skin! Do you remember summer 2009 in Spain?" Dani reminded me of when I packed the shortest shorts and crop tops I could find to 'impress' the hot Spanish boys but it didn't work.

"DO YOU REMEMBER SUMMER 09 WANNA GO BACK LIKE PRESSING REWIND! "All four of the boys sang.

"And your supposed to be in a band?" My mum joked. The boys pretended to be hurt by putting there hands on there hearts and running to the cars but it just made us all laugh.

When we got home, I went straight to bed because today had been a long day and tomorrow would be even longer! Tomorrow we were going to London to find the last dancer to complete the tour.

Okay everyone I'm sorry about this chapter! It has been really annoying me! I put it up and it wasn't working so I put up an A/N about the then deleted those 2 parts then re wrote this chapter so hopefully it will work!
