Imagine if Andie and Duckie did end up together at the end of the movie!

"You're right Duckie. You've been right all along." Andie admits. Duckie looks at her and grins. "What do ya mean? That you and I were always meant to be? Of course!" he said taking her hands into his and looking deeply into her eyes. Blane just wasn't the right guy for Andie, she knew it all along deep down inside. He was an absolute jerk who didn't deserve Andie! He is a crowd pleaser, but Duckie makes her feel special.

"You're pretty adorable, I don't really quite understand why anybody would throw you away!" Duckie says. "People like to fit into the crowd and are ashamed to be seen with someone's weirdness and inner awesomeness. If that's what you mean." Andie replies.

"Yes, that is what I mean, and would that be Blane?" He asks Andie. "I don't really know, I kind of think so myself." Andie says. 'He's a rich boy who's popular in school, who has been interacting with someone who's not exactly normal like me' Andie thought to herself.

"Well, even if Blane is ashamed to be seen with you, I most certainly am not! If anyone's going to love you, it's me Andie for sure! I've always been crazy about you!" Duckie reassures her. "Besides, even if you and I end up together, I'll always be the duck-man!" he says pointing down at his shoes. Andie giggles and runs her fingers through her hair.

"You know, I think if I were to have my own theme song, it'd be Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley." Duckie says suddenly. "Sounds about right." Andie agrees. They go back into the gym, and the song I Want To Know What Love Is by Foreigner plays. Duckie and Andie then begin slow dancing to the song, they both smile at each other.

Andie then peeks over Duckie's shoulder, and happens to see Steff staring right at her while standing next to Blane. Andie suddenly takes a step back, not breaking eye contact with Steff. Duckie notices this and starts to worry about her. "Andie, what's wrong?!" he asks her, starting to panic a bit. Andie doesn't say anything though, Steff starts smirking at her and she rushes out of the gym.

Duckie was beyond confused and concerned about her at this point. He decided to follow her out, and go check on her. Once they got out into the hallway outside of the gym, he grabbed her arm. Andie quickly turned around startled, but then calmed down when she realized that it was just Duckie. He saw that she was clearly shaken up by something.

"Andie...what's going on with you, you're acting really strange!" Duckie says concerned. "Nothing, I just...I can't be in there right now." Andie says looking away from his face. Duckie lets go of her arm and stands there with a frown on his face. "I don't get it, did I do something or say something wrong?" he asks her, starting to get a little upset.

"No, you didn't do anything wrong at all. I just saw-" she begins to say, but gets cut off by Duckie. "Saw what?? What did you see Andie?!" He exclaims. Andie is starting to get a bit annoyed by him for interrupting her. "I was just about to you, and you didn't let me finish my sentence!" Andie says annoyed. He furrowed his eyebrows and folds his arms across his chest.

Duckie sighs, unfolding his arms and then takes a deep breath, exhaling afterwards. "I apologize, now what happened?" Duckie asks more calmly this time, and takes a step towards her. "I saw Steff and Blane." she says nervous while biting her lip. Duckie looks a little surprised, he opens his mouth slightly like he is gonna say something, but no words come out, not even a sound.

"Steff made me feel super uncomfortable. He smirked at me and didn't take his eyes off me. I just felt like I was gonna hyperventilate, so I left and...here we are now." Andie mutters nervously, which caused his eyes to widen. Duckie walks up to Andie and cupped her cheek. "Andie...I'm so sorry, I had no idea. Listen, they're idiots okay!" Duckie comforts her.

Andie smiles at him, she takes his hand off of her cheek and they glance into each other's eyes for a moment. Then, they start leaning in towards each other and kiss with such passion.

Then about after what seems like a long time, they pull away. "Do you mind if we leave, I don't really care to be here anymore." Andie asks him. Duckie smiles and nod at her. "Sure." he replies.

They both held hands, and strolled out of the school. They chose to go to her house, because it happens to be nearby, unlike Duckie's. When they got to her room, Duckie seemed like he had something on his mind. Andie could tell by the way he was grinning at her. "What's up, Duckie?" Andie asks while laying down on her bed, on her side facing him.

"Does this mean that you and I are officially a couple now?" he asks her excitedly. Andie doesn't say anything, not even a nod. She just smirks at the boy and closes her eyes. "Oh, come on Andie! I'm curious to know!" he exclaims, slightly whining like a little kid. Andie just looks at him and laughs. "I'll let you know whenever I care to!" she teasingly says. He sits on the bed beside her.

"So basically never?" Duckie jokes. "No. I'm too exhausted to answer at the moment." she yawns instantly after saying that. "Ugh, fine!" he says lazily and then lays down beside her. "I love you Duckie!" Andie coos. He grins at her. "I love you too...so much!" he responds tiredly. Then, they both cuddle, before drifting off to sleep.
