Miranda and her boyfriend Cameron were laying in their shared bed watching "Full House". He was starting to fall asleep, but Miranda kept nudging him with her elbow. Cameron groaned and sighed very tiredly. "Cam, it is only 7pm, don't go to sleep now." she told him. He turned his head and squinted his eyes. "It's only 7?" he asked. She nodded her head and he made a whining sound.
"What's wrong?" Miranda rolled her eyes. "Annoyed." he said. Miranda gave him a weird look and she placed her hand on his shoulder. "You're annoyed? Why?" she asked him puzzled. He giggled at her then his eyes widened. "What the hell is that?!" he quickly threw the blanket off of them and got up. "What's the matter now?!" Miranda asks Cameron worried, and she too gets off the bed. "It's a flipping spider!" Cameron shrieks throwing his hands in the air, Miranda looks at him and scoffs. "Kill it or find something to catch it, and we can take it outside." Miranda suggests.
Cameron now shoots her a weird look and shakes his head. "I'm so not touching it. I'm pretty sure that it's a female black widow spider." Cameron backs himself up against the wall. Miranda gasps and on her way to the living room, she tells Cameron-"Watch out for it! I'm going to call Ferris." she informs him as she exits the bedroom. "Don't leave me alone with it!" Cameron stares at the spider. 'I feel so ridiculous right now, it's just a spider.' Cameron thinks as he attempts to calm down.
A couple minutes later, Miranda returns and she looks thrilled about something. "Did you seriously just call him?" Cameron furrows his eyebrows. Miranda nods and Cameron rolls his eyes. A few minutes later, the doorbell rings, Miranda runs and gets it. Ferris and her come in, he has a paper towel with him. Ferris looks at Cameron and shakes his head while smirking. He retrieves the spider in the paper towel and squishes it. He closely examines the dead spider and he laughs. "Do you know what type it is?" Miranda asks him. "It is indeed a female black widow. I think she likes you, Cameron. Have you two ever read the Marvel comics with Black Widow in them?" Cameron nods and Miranda shakes her head.
Ferris and Cameron both gasped at Miranda. "Babe, you've never read them before?" Miranda hesitantly shook her head again. "How could you have not?!" Ferris asked astonished. Miranda shrugged and Cameron made his way over to her. He kissed her on the cheek and Ferris "coughed". They both turned to glance at him and he's covering his face. "Not in front of me, you guys." Ferris said awkwardly.
Miranda and Cameron rolls their eyes and brush him off. "This is our house young man. Don't act like you haven't kissed anyone or seen it before!" Cameron says. Ferris scoffs and waves goodbye. "Thank you, Ferris!" Miranda shouts at him waving. "Ferris Bueller, you are our hero!" Cam shouts at him as well. "Yeah-yeah, whatever. Sloane and I love you both! You guys are invited to our wedding by the way!"Ferris shouts back. Miranda & Cam exchange glances back and forth. "Okay!" they both yell. "Come lock your front door!" Ferris yells as he closes it on his way out. "Wedding? Just wow, I wonder how their marriage will play out." Cameron exclaims.
"Let's get married soon." Miranda smiles at him as they climb back in bed. Cameron turned a little pale when he heard that. "I know how your mom and dad are, but you never know." she reassures him. He smiles and nods as they cuddle watching "Full House" again. "Alright, but I'm not gonna tell you when I would propose to you." he says and yawns. Miranda feels butterflies in her stomach.
"I can't wait! But we should invite my parents...not yours, but we can have Ferris, Sloane, and my friend Jeanie." she suggests. "Jeanie? As in Jeanie Bueller?" Miranda's eyes widen. "Do you know her?" she asks him excitedly. "Well I mean, I kind of do. She is Ferris's sister." Cameron runs his fingers through her hair. "That's interesting, I had no idea they are related." Miranda says surprised. Cameron kisses her than he turns off the tv, using the tv remote. "I really hope no more spiders pay us a visit!" Miranda whispers. "There better not be! Even if spiders like me, I love you." he whispers back and Miranda giggles. "Good grief man." she lightly and jokingly slaps his face. He giggles and they eventually fall sleep.
