Chapter Seventeen: New Friends!

I just had to mention real quick that it's chapter seventeen and seventeen from Heathers is cool
Okay on with the story

~Patton's POV~

"Come on, Logi!!"

"I'm coming, love."

Today, we're going on another double date with Roman and Virgil! I'm really excited!

I found this great place in the city that I think everyone will like.

"Logi, hurry upppp!!"

"Give me a bit more time, please, Patton."

Logan is taking forever. I've been ready for a whole THREE MINUTES!

"Here I am, Patton. Let's get going."

"Yaaaay!!"

~Virgil's POV~

"Where is this place again?" I asked Roman as we got in the car.

"I'll put it in the GPS.. it's in the city. It's a dinner theatre."

"Didn't Patton say that we're gunna be sitting with three other people at our table?"

"Yes..." I shivered. Last time there were mysterious three people, it ended up being my old roommates. Roman saw. "It's not going to be them, babe."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure. And if it IS them.."

I smiled and rolled my eyes as my boyfriend posed. "I will make sure they don't hurt you."

"Thanks, Princey."

~Thomas's (is that correct grammar??) POV~

I pulled up to the dinner theatre with my friends Talyn and Joan. The three of us are going together, we're pretty excited!

"What are we seeing, again?" Joan asked.

"I think it's The Little Mermaid." I answered.

"Oh yeah! Awesome!"

We quickly got up to the doors and went inside. We got directed to our table, and we were told that we'd be sitting with four other people. I thanked them.

The three of us talked for a while, until the guy came back with who I'm guessing were the strangers sitting with us.

~Patton's POV~

I met up with my sons outside of the theatre, and we walked in. When we got to the table, we saw three other people sitting there.

The first one had short brown hair, dyed purple in the front, and was wearing a black shirt and jeans.

The person next to them had short, dyed hair (blue and purple) and also dyed eyebrows. The person wore a casual-looking suit.

The last person wore an orange beanie, hiding their hair. They also had the same casual suit on.

We sat down, and the one with the crazy hair introduced themselves.

"Hi, I'm Talyn, they/them. Nice to meet you guys!"

I mentally squealed. A non-binary person?? I've never met a non-binary person before!! That is amazing!!

The one with the beanie introduced themselves next.

"I'm Joan, also they/them."

I almost died.

"And I'm Thomas, he/him." The last one said.

"Hello! Uh, I'm Patton, this is my boyfriend, Logan." I made sure to establish that I'm queer. Thomas smiled, and Logan waved his hand.

Roman spoke. "And I'm Roman! This is my boyfriend, Virgil."

Virgil nodded his head. "Sup."

The seven of us immediately bonded over queerness. We found out that Thomas is gay, and that Talyn and Joan are dating (I literally squealed!!) Soon, our table was called to get food.

~Time Skip- After The Show~

~Virgil's POV~

The show was over. It was, surprisingly, pretty good. I actually socialized with Talyn, Joan, and Thomas too. A pretty good night, all in all.

"That was awesome!" Patton squealed. "Uh, do you guys wanna maybe hang out again sometime?"

The three nodded. "Sure!" Joan exclaimed.

We all exchanged phone numbers, talked for a couple more minutes, and went our separate ways.

I actually like those three.
