Chapter Twenty-Two: 6 Years Later

~6 Years Later~

~Roman's POV~

It's been 6 years and some change since Virgil and I got together. We've had our downs, but it's mostly been ups.

I bought an engagement ring a long time ago for him.. and I've decided to use it too.

I also talked to Logan, Thomas, and Joan about this, and they all are ready to propose to their significant others as well.

So, like the extra guy I am, I'm arranging a date for all of us to go to, and at the end, we'll walk off with our date mate to propose.

This is going to be grand. Not just my proposal, which I'll make sure is very grand, but the whole thing. I think it will be in the park that most of us hold so dearly in our hearts.

And though I know my love will say yes, I still find myself nervous.

~Logan's POV~

After being with Patton for 6 years, I find that I am ready to ask him to be my husband.

I'm going to make it be very appealing to Patton- which means I'm going to have to use a few dad jokes. But, I'll do anything for him.

I used to hate all of those puns, but now I find myself liking them more. It is very weird what love can do to someone.

~Thomas's POV~

Okay. Wow. I'm doing this.

I have the ring already. I've practiced what I'm going to do a million times- it's going to be romantic, but not too over the top.

I'm very nervous.

~Joan's POV~

I've been dating Talyn for quite some time now, and I'm ready to ask them to be my spouse.

I'm going to keep it decently simple, yet complicated enough to be a good proposal over all. I love Talyn, with all of my heart. I can't wait.

I'll put the rings here for you, kiddos. Yay!
