Jennie's POV

I looked over again at the dance floor; usually, people dancing or grinding their bodies never bother me. But this time, the urge to leave and utter disgust filled me up. My nausea was in my throat, ready to release anytime soon.

The fact that her mouth was switched over to the other girls while she grinded her body with another one, just like the first day we met, was proof that what I'd predicted was about to happen again.

Yes, for Pete's sake, of course Lisa was allowed to do whatever she wanted! But the knowledge of what was going on was enough to push myself through a bunch of people on the dance floor.

Gosh, this sickness...

I looked back once at Lisa, but then continued my journey through the peers in the full house party.

I saw her walking up the stairs with two girls, and that meant something.

Something was not good.

When I made it into the restroom, I felt like I could finally breathe again. The absence of people helped me calm myself down.

I squeezed my eyes shut, as if somehow calming the urge to throw up. I planted my hands against the sink, closing my eyes and hanging my head low.

Mixed feelings. Two girls. Lisa. Up stairs.

What are they going to do?

God! Why did I allow Lisa to affect me this much? I really need to find a way to fix it.

Fix what? With whom do you need to fix things, though? Lisa? Kai? Or yourself? You even haven't made up your mind, Jennie...

I shrugged off my other thought, bending over the sink counter and examining myself to try to figure out what actually went wrong with me. After all this time, the thought of Lisa Manoban still refused to leave me alone. At least for the moment, I managed to calm myself down.

I had no idea how long I had been there. I opened the restroom door, and the full house party kicked me in again.

Speaking of the devil, Lisa was on the other side, her forearm level with her forehead, but against the threshold molding. She raised her eyes to meet mine when she realized I was out of the restroom.

"What do you want, Lisa?" My tone was filled with authority and sass.

She smirked, removing her arm from the white molding as she took a step forward. Slowly, she pushed me back inside the restroom, and then she closed the door.

I, myself, was wondering why I hadn't stopped her. And again, maybe, just maybe, I missed her attention.

Then my movement finally stopped when the small of my back hit the sink counter.

"Wanna see how you were doing? You left very quickly back there." She said. I narrowed my eyes at her. "How are you and Kai doing? Are you guys good?" She continued.

I had to admit that I was a bit surprised that she'd bring up Kai at this time, let alone our relationship.

"Not that it's any of your business, but we're fine."

She looked at me intently but didn't say anything, like she was trying to understand what I was thinking about. But then she'd finally speak, nodding her head. "That's good to hear."

What on earth is this girl?

"What's your goal here, Lisa?" I asked, a bit irritated.
