Just Another Stunt

19- Date

Louis spent the majority of his car ride to Harry's giving himself a pep-talk.

He wasn't sure if the Harry part or date part scared him the most. Maybe it was the date with Harry that scared him.

Maybe Harry did in fact scare him. Or maybe he was just scared of what Harry did to him.

Louis wasn't a gentle person, but Louis was always gentle with Harry. Like he'd break at any moment. Louis definitely needed work, but Harry never gave up on him. Harry was Louis' own personal diary. He'd spill every detail to Harry and Harry would only listen and respond when he was meant to and he would never repeat what Louis told him to anyone else. Harry became Louis' everything until one day Louis couldn't even tell you if Harry lived in the same house or not. A house that he once shared with Harry himself.

While Louis had been talking himself up in his car, Harry had been talking himself up to Liam.

"I can do this right? Of course I can. It's just Louis," Harry said walking around his couch where Liam was sat.

"Of course," Liam replied to a nervous Harry.

"But what if I can't?" Harry asked.

"But-" a car horn interrupted Liam.

"But you can," Liam said hugging a panicking Harry before pushing him towards the door.

"He's not going to even come up. Wow," Harry said to himself mostly.

"Out you go," Liam said pushing Harry outside where Louis, along with a few paps, were already waiting.

"No wait Liam-," Harry said before Liam shut the door in his face.

"I need my keys," he finished even though the door was already closed.

His keys slide through the post-slot on his door then making him laugh before grabbing them off the floor.

Turning towards his yard, he saw Louis propped against the drivers side of his car with a cigarette between his lips.

Walking up to Louis the first thing he did was pull the cigarette from his lips and throw it to the ground.

"No sir," Harry said shaking his head.

"No fun," Louis said with a pout.

Harry only smiled before wrapping his arms around Louis's neck and bringing him in for a hug

Louis was a little caught off guard and stiffened up.

"Just go with it," Harry whispered into Louis' ear.

Louis wrapped his arms around Harry's waist for a hug that was much to long. They were playing it up slightly because there were paps watching and even though they weren't allowed to take pictures, they were still writing articles about every movement Louis and Harry made. But they also missed being in each other's arms.

Harry pulled back first clearing his throat to make Louis turn lose.

Louis blushed slightly before walking around his car with Harry to open Harry's door.

"Thank you sir," Harry said with a giggle.

"Of course sir, my pleasure," Louis said with a laugh walking around to get into the drivers side of his car.

"So we have to take two hours to get to this restaurant which is only an hour away, so how should we kill an hour?" Louis asked once he was back in the car with his seatbelt on.

"Would it be weird to get ice cream before?" Harry asked looking at Louis's side profile.

"Yes," Louis answered with a chuckle.
