Louis and Harry had laid on the grass in silence for what felt like an hour before Harry broke it.

"What time is it?" Harry asked.

"Don't know," was Louis' only responds before focusing back on the sky.

"It's gotten dark and your phone has dinged a lot," Harry said, knowing Niall was probably worried about Louis.

They were both meant to be at Zayn right now and neither was.

"Shit shit shit shit," Louis cursed, sitting up and pulling out his phone.

Maybe Harry was the only one that remembered they were meant to be at Zayn's.

"Louis, calm down," Harry laughed from his place on the ground.

"Harry, we were supposed to be at Zayn's," Louis paused to check the time, "An hour ago. They probably think we killed each other," Louis continued.

Harry was still laughing as the image of Louis jumping up and down trying to get his phone out of his pocket replayed in his head.

Harry rolled over on his stomach, laughing into his hands.

"Oi, stop laughing at me," Louis said, tapping Harry on the back with his foot.

"That was the best thing I've seen in years," Harry said, biting down on his bottom lip to hold in his laugh.

Louis crossed his arms before walking away from the tree with a pout.

Harry rolled up on his knees watching Louis walk away.

"Lou, where are you going?" Harry yelled.

"To Zayn's," Louis answered shortly.

Harry huffed before standing and running up beside Louis.

"I'm coming too," Harry explained when Louis gave him a weird look.

Louis only nodded.

They had been laughing and talking a few hours earlier. Apparently, that was gone now.

"Hey, I'm sorry I laughed at you," Harry said, not wanting anything to ruin the day they had.

"Nah, it's fine," Louis said pulling out his phone.

He opened it up seeing all the messages from the boys, only responding to Niall's saying 'we are on the way'.

Niall responds a few seconds later with a 'who is we?' Louis didn't answer, only pocketed his phone.

"So, you still have the ugly cat?" Louis asked, trying to start a conversation.

Harry looked at him like he had shattered his heart.

"She's not ugly," Harry said with a pout.

"She looks inside-out," Louis argued with a laugh.

"We got that cat together. You liked her then," Harry said, looking down as he walked.

"I still like her. She just bit me a lot. Stupid cat," Louis said, mumbling the last part.

Harry giggled.

"Yes, I still have her," Harry answered late. He really hadn't gotten rid of anything him and Louis got together. Or anything Louis gave him, or left at his house, basically, anything Louis touched is the same way it was when Louis touched it.

"Good. I got a dog," Louis replied.

Harry nodded.

"Yeah, Niall said he's named Clifford," Harry said.

"Yeah, he's a big boy," Louis explained.

"Clifford the big red dog," Harry giggled.

Louis looked at Harry when he heard him giggling. It was still one of his favourite sounds. It made Louis smile anytime he heard it.

Once they reached the gate, Louis looked back at Harry.

"How are we getting there?"

"I don't have my car here," Harry answered.

"How did you get here?" Louis asked, giving Harry a weird look.

"Walked," Harry shrugged. "It's not a long walk and it cleared my mind," Harry continued to explain.

Louis gave him a weird look before shaking his head.

"You're indeed a weird one Harry," Louis said, laughing.

Louis quickly corrected himself when Harry gave him an offended look.

"In a good way though, I like it," Louis shrugged.

"Walking is good for you," Harry said rolling his eyes. Louis walked out the gate, holding it open until Harry walked through it too.

"Maybe," Louis said, locking the gate back.

When he turned he saw Harry still standing beside him.

"Waiting for me?" Louis teased with a raised brow.

"I don't know which car is yours," Harry said, shyly.

"Who said you were riding in my car there? Walking is good for you right?" Louis questioned, jokingly.

"Oh, I'm sorry I just assumed," Harry said, looking down, pointing his toes. Obviously not catching that Louis was only joking.

Louis stepped forward, placing two fingers underneath Harry's chin to lightly push Harry's head back up.

"I was only joking love," Louis explained before walking around Harry to his car.

Once he reached the driver's side, he looked back where Harry was still standing. He rolled his eyes at Harry's still figure and yelled back to Harry.

"You coming?"

Harry shook himself.

"Yeah, yeah I'm coming," Harry ran up to Louis' passenger's side before getting in.
