Chapter ten: drunk in love?

I don't know how but some how we all ended up at our own houses except for Lia she stayed with me. We walk up the stairs of my house and I unlock the door after two attempts.

We step in and go to my room to change. I lead her to the kitchen were I get a box of strawberries and a water bottle. I walk into the family room and grab the movie avatar and put it in. we sit down on the couch and Lia sits upside down with her feet up on the back of the couch.

I laugh and do the same. She takes the strawberries and starts feeding me as I try not to gag or laugh.

My phone buzzes and I grab it out of my pocket.

"Hello?" I giggle.

"Mabel?" Harry asks.

"That is i."

"I was just making sure you got home ok." He says sounding a little worried.

"Yeah I'm home and I've got li with me! Say hi Lia!" I yell.

"HI!" she shouts.

"She said hi." I say.

"I heard. I'll be over with niall and maybe louis in a few." He says then hangs up.

"What a rude potato." I mutter making Lia laugh.

Harry's pov

"Harry! Mabel is on tv!" niall shouts from the family room.

What?!

I rush in and look at the TV. a live broadcast of Mabel and Lia walking down the street being mobbed by paps. Mabel looks a little flustered by all of the people.

She's wearing a black dress with heels and Lias wearing a black & silver dress.

They walk to the end of a line and stand. That's wen I notice the other girls. They are talking to Mabel as the paps take pictures. Mabel turns around and looks down at the ground. Lia wraps a arm around her and whispers something in her ear. Mabel nods and they show the ID's to get in.

I pull out my phone and call security to pick the girls up in a limo.

"Haz their back on!" louis shouts from downstairs.

I turn on my tv and Mabel and Lia come on the screen. they have their arms wrapped around each other's waist and are laughing their heads off clearly tipsy.

The paps mob around the girls and the security tells them to back off while guiding the girls to the limo. Mabel looks confused but she follows what they say. The rest of the girls get in the limo and it drives off.

My door opens and lou steps in.

"Did you see the girls? They looked waisted."

I nod.

"I think you should call Mabel and make sure they're okay."

I pull out my phone and call her.

"Hello?" she giggles.

I almost laugh at the way she sounds.

"Mabel?"

"That is i." she says.

"I just wanted to make sure you got home okay." I say.

"Yeah and I got li with me!" who's li?! "Say hi lia!" she shouts.

"Hi!" lia says in the background.

"She said hi."

She's wasted. I need to make sure they don't do anything stupid.

"I heard. I'll be over with niall and maybe louis in a few." and I hang up before she can oblige.

"So we're going to Mabel's?" Louis asks.

I nod and stand up.

"Let's go."

We soon arrive at Mabel's house and we walk up to the door. i go to knock but notice that the door is unlocked so I just step in letting the guys in too.

"Who is it?" mabel says in a singsong voice and I hear lia giggle and louis snort.

We walk into the family room to find both girls upside down on the couch smiling at us.

"Hey babe. Waz upp?" mabel says as she shoves a strawberry in Lias mouth making her laugh.

This is what I was afraid of.

"We came to make sure you two weren't doing anything stupid." I say sitting down on the love seat. Louis sits next to me and niall sits on the arm of the chair.

"You don't need to worry bout us." lia says.

"Of course we do, your drunk." louis points out.

"Shh!" mabel says sitting up suddenly.

She puts a finger up to her lips and says "sh. no one needs to know." before throwing herself back on the couch.

Niall holds back laughter and louis bites his lip. this is quite entertaining.

"Hey babe. why don't we go to bed?" I say standing up.

She pouts and says "I don't wanna."

I smile at her cuteness and hold my hands out for her to take. she grabs them and starts to stand up but then falls back on the couch pulling me on top of her.

She giggles and kisses me. the alcohol on her breath reminding me that she's drunk but it's so intoxicating.

I pull away and stand up, still dizzy. She jumps up and runs past me giggling.

I have a feeling she's not going to bed anytime soon and either are we.

Lia ended up passing out on the couch but Mae on the other hand is still awake but really tired.

"Harry." she whispers from the door.

Louis, Niall, and I are sitting in the extra room watching tv so we all look up at her.

"What's wrong love?" i ask.

"I'm tired." she whines

I chuckle and stand up. I walk to the door and take her hand. I lead her down the hall to her room and open the door. I turn on the Christmas lights that are strung around the room and she jumps on to her bed with a sigh.

"Are you gonna get changed?" I ask her.

"No." she says into her pillow.

I roll my eyes and take a step backwards out of the door.

"Harry, don't let Niall eat my food. and tell louis he's an ass."

I laugh at her comment and say "i will. good night Mae."

"Good night harry. Love you."

I freeze.

What did she just say?

She's drunk I remind myself.

But still she said it.

I smile and close the door behind me.

She said she loves me. whether it's true or not I don't care. she said it.
