We get to the entrance of the homestead and I see Newt rubbing his head "are you okay?" he turns around and I see a bruise on his head "is it noticeable?" "yea, kinda but it will go down don't worry" I say with a slight smile and he gives it back "come on I'll show you to your room" Newt says and walks up the stairs which I follow. We get to the front of a room but not the same I woke up in, Newt opens the door and I see a bed and a window. I walk in and look out the window to see what the glade looks like, I see the maze first and then lots of farm area. "So where's does everybody else sleep?" Newt walks towards we and looks out the window next to me and points to a area under trees "That's were us gladers sleep, but because your a girl and you just got there you get your own room, the homestead is usually were we keep sick people" "So I get to sleep in a area with sick people?" I say with a slight laugh "yea, pretty much". We just spent a few minutes looking out the window "So tomorrow we are having a gathering, about you" Newt says "So what happened today with you and Gally is going to have a effect on what happens because he is a leader" "yea, I know I overreacted I mean he's right why should you guys take care of me if I came out of the maze" "don't say that, here in the glade we take care of each other, yea we have fights but that's natural, your a glader now" "thanks, so what are they gonna decide tomorrow if they put me back in the maze" Newt slightly laugh "trust me they won't send you out the maze, you half to do something to be banished, come on it's time for you to go to sleep" "but I'm not tired" I say then yawn which doesn't help "sure, okay see you in the morning Nicole night" "goodnight Newt" we both smile and Newt leaves. I can't help but smile and then curl up in the warm sheets.
"Nicole tell us how" "Tell us how" I see a women in a white lab jacket in front of me, I try to move but I'm strapped into a chair "what do you want" "you know what don't be stupid" "no I don't". Next thing I know I'm in a dark room with things crawling over my legs I scream "tell me Nicole" I hear someone screaming "I don't know what you want" I cry the crawling is coming up my body I fall to the ground, I cover my eyes "TELL ME HOW" I hear the voice shout, I feel the crawling all over my body I scream.
I see a girl "you half to tell me how" "how what?" "don't be an idiot Nicole you know why" "no I don't" "fine maybe this will refresh your memory" I see her pull up a gun but she doesn't point it at me she points it at Newt "Nicole don't tell her" I start to cry "don't shoot him shoot me" "just tell me and you can both get out alive" "I don't know" "Nicole don't tell this shank anything" "shut up" she says and punches him I scream and try to run but my ankle is tied to the ground "just tell me" "Nicole it's okay" "tell me Nicole she holds up the gun to the side of Newts head "stop" I shout "I'll give you 5" "Nicole don't worry about me" "4" "Newt I'll get you out of this "3" I try to think it doesn't work "Nicole don't tell them" "2" "stop shoot me instead stop I don't know" "1" she pulls the trigger.
