You entered the grocery store hand-in-hand with Jimin, the werewolf practically skipping beside you. You were barely able to grab a cart before he was pulling you along into the first aisle, grabbing the list that you'd given him and guiding you to the first item. He set the milk in the cart gently and you caught a faint glimpse of his tail wagging from in his pants where he'd hidden it. His ears were tucked into a beanie on his head but you could still see the outline, smiling to yourself.

You made your way throughout the store, grabbing various items that were listed on the paper clutched tightly in Jimin's hand. All went well until you rounded a corner into another aisle, colliding with someone and falling to the floor. The person - it was a man that you'd collided with groaned, offering a hand to help you off the ground. 

You reached for it but the hand that was in front of you was slapped harshly away from you, replaced with Jimin's own. You took his hand, standing up and brushing yourself off. 

You looked back to the man that was now smirking on the floor, watching as he hopped up, towering over Jimin.

"Oh, it's you! Never thought I'd see you here rogue, you know, in civilized society, especially not with a mate. Good choice, but I feel sorry for them." The man drawled, sticking his hand out to you once again.

"My name is Chanyeol. I'm from another wolf pack, rivals of Jimin's. They stole our territory, they killed our Luna, and they sit around all day like they're perfect. You'd be better off in my pack, you can be our new Luna. Come on with me, I'll introduce you to the other wolves. Let's just leave this one here, okay?" He tried wrapping an arm around your waist but you shoved it away from you, backing up slightly so that you were flush against the shelf. 

Jimin snarled, sliding in front of you and squaring his shoulders.

"Leave Chanyeol. Stop lying to my mate and leave. They don't want anything to do with you. And neither does our pack, so you'd better stop lurking around our packhouse. We'll be forced to take action if you don't stop."

The man before you laughed, deep chuckle sounding through the aisle. 

"Tiny, you couldn't hurt a fly. You act like you could take us down but if I fought you here and now your blood would be splattered over every inch of this aisle. Know your place rogue."

And with that the other wolf left, brushing against your shoulder rather harshly as he did so. Jimin's growling didn't cease until Chanyeol was out of sight, then Jimin finally relaxed, grabbing onto your shoulders and letting his eyes roam over your face worriedly.

"Y/N, we need to go. Now. They know about you now, you're in so much danger. Come on, we have to get you back to the safety of the packhouse. I'll drive."

He dragged you back out to your car, flooring it all the way back up into the forest and practically turning the corner on two wheels into the mansion's entrance gate.

He gave you no time to react as he grabbed your arm, sprinting to the door and pushing you gently inside, slamming it behind him once you were both inside. 

"Namjoon! Seokjin! Anyone, come quick!"

The two aforementioned wolves came sprinting into the living room, Jungkook, Taehyung, Yoongi, and Hoseok following after them. Jimin pulled you to sit on the couch, knee bouncing up and down and lip between his teeth.

"We were grocery shopping and we bumped into Chanyeol. He knows about Y/N now, he even called them my mate! What do we do?"

"You bumped into Chanyeol? Like Chanyeol of the Exo pack? That's not good. You did good in coming here, we have to protect Y/N. Did anyone follow you out to the car? Or here?"

Jimin shook his head, muttering a small, 'no', and fiddling with his hands in his lap.

"Jimin, what's going on? Will someone please explain this to me?"

"Y/N, what did Chanyeol say to you?"

"I dunno. I didn't understand most of it. He called Jimin, what was it- Rogue? A few times, and said something about you guys stealing their territory and killing their 'Luna'.  He said I could be their new Luna, what's a Luna?"

"A Luna is the mate to the alpha of the wolf pack. An alpha female. And we didn't kill theirs. They killed theirs. Their alpha's name is Junmyeon. Their Luna's name was Irene. They're all part of a pack together, they call themselves the Exo pack. They're our rivals. One day, their beta, Minseok, lead them into battle with supposed orders from Junmyeon. They came here, tried slaughtering us all. We fought back, I think it was Yoongi that ended up injuring Irene, bit her front leg so that she couldn't run as fast. She collapsed, ended up collapsing in a small puddle of someone's blood from our side. Jongdae, one of their other betas, found her in her wolf form, but since the blood on her smelled like one of our fighters, he thought that she was one of ours. He finished her off, but when he realized it, it was too late. He lied to Junmyeon about it, said that Yoongi had killed her. He didn't want to bear the responsibility and be kicked out of the pack."

You let the information sink in, biting your lip in thought as Namjoon continued.

"That brings me onto the subject of Rogues. Rogues, if you ask almost anyone, are villains. They're bloodthirsty, unreasonable, deadly wolves that would kill you without a second thought. Rogues are, quite literally, lone wolves. They don't belong to a pack. They were kicked out, or on a rare occasion, born as a rogue. But, the reason Chanyeol called Jimin Rogue, was because Jimin used to be one. Jimin was the rare case, he was born as a rogue. His mother died in childbirth, she was a rogue herself. We found him as quite a young pup, he was only about three or four. He's given us lots of insight into Rogues and we've befriended the lot of them that hang around here. They're just like us, just not in a pack. They're not unreasonable, they don't attack for nothing. But, their reputation isn't a good one, and the Exo pack found out that Jimin was once a rogue. They use that as sort of blackmail against him. I hope this makes you understand more of it."

You nodded, one burning question still on the tip of your tongue.

"Namjoon? Why am I in danger? What does this have to do with me?"
