GOD I'M SO SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED THIS IN OVER A YEAR SKGNJKSGNF

Namjoon sighed, "Y/N, you're Jimin's mate. This means that you have a certain smell, and the smell notifies every other wolf in the area that you're taken. So, if the Exo pack really wants to get back at Jimin, the easiest way to do it would be to kidnap his mate. So we need to keep you safe. We're gonna go on lockdown for a bit, we have inside areas where the kids can run around and we have enough food stored up from previous hunts to last us for a while. But you have to stay here, there's no way around it. They're too smart, if you leave they will find you and take you."

Jimin's hand found yours and squeezed it tight and you gave in, nodding.

"Okay. Fine. I'll stay here, but how long are we talking? I can't be here forever, you know."

"Let's start with past the next full moon. Obviously you're gonna be in the most danger then, and it's only in a few days. So we'll start there and then slowly back down on the amount of security you have with you."

You sighed, roughly estimating that the next full moon wouldn't be for nearly a week, "That's still a long time to sit inside on lockdown."

"Well, would you rather be bored or dead?" Namjoon raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms over his chest.

"I guess you have a point. But I don't know how you expect me to keep lying to my friends. They're not idiots, they're gonna catch on." You rethought your statement, "They're not all idiots, some will catch on and then tell the others."

Jungkook snorted from his spot on the couch, the others having gathered to hear what was going on.

"We'll think of something. Well, we need to get to locking everything up, can everyone go and close and lock the windows in their rooms? I can do the doors down here." Hoseok bustled around the room, shutting windows and doors as he did so.

"Wait wait wait, this is an all-powerful wolf pack and you're telling me that a few window locks will keep them out?" You raised an eyebrow, suddenly doubting the situation's severity.

"Not 'just a few window locks'," Seokjin spoke, standing to help Hoseok with the entrances, "They shock anyone who touches them when they're locked. And we have an extra layer of protection inside as well, just in case."

You fell silent as everyone bustled around you, leaning back into the couch and sighing.

"I'm sorry." Jimin's voice was soft and you turned to face him, seeing tears in his eyes.

"Why?"

"For keeping you here. For endangering you. For making you lie to your friends. For everything."

"Its..." You paused, thinking over your situation, "It's okay. For now. I have to tell my friends eventually though, you know that, right?"

Yeah," Jimin nodded, eyes downcast but tears starting to recede, "I know. But do you think they'll freak out?"

"Who wouldn't?"

"Y/N are you staying in Jimin's room?" Taehyung came back down the stairs from closing up his room, leaving you floundering slightly.

"Um, well I mean, I don't really know where else I could stay, do you have extra rooms?"

"Not really. Jimin can sleep on the couch, if you want," Taehyung offered.

"No it's okay, I can take the couch. I won't kick you out," You teased Jimin, but you were cut off immediately after.

"You can't. You can't sleep alone either. You don't have to share a bed, but you can't be unprotected." Namjoon spoke, and you wondered just how bad this threat was if you couldn't even sleep alone.

"I can sleep on the floor," Jimin's voice astounded you every time, how did a giant werewolf have a voice that soft and sweet?

"It's, um, it's fine. We can share the bed." You cringed slightly as you broke your promise of not moving too fast, but you'd hated seeing poor Jimin curled up on the floor this morning.

Jimin brightened slightly at this, grabbing your hand and leading you to the stairs. You let him take you back into his room, watching as he shut the window and did what you assumed was activating the security system on the locks. The giant metal slabs covering the window did nothing to ease your nerves.

"Okay, um, I know you don't really have any clothes here," Jimin paused, biting his lip nervously, "But if you want I can lend you some of mine."

"Thank you." You blushed, it seemed so intimate.

"Well, I don't know what you want to do, it's not very late." Jimin stood there awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck.

"I dunno. What can we do inside?"

The door to Jimin's bedroom was shut but you heard a squeal, then several tiny footsteps running down the hallway. Giggles filled the air and you smiled softly, walking over to crack the door open and peer out into the hall.

Several children were standing around a cabinet standing in the hallway, the tallest reaching for what appeared to be a board game on a shelf that was just a little too high for him. He began climbing the shelves of the cabinet with no hesitation, and that's when you decided to make yourself known.

"Be careful! Here, I'll help you." The children turned to look at you with wide eyes and you recognized Junsu among the bunch. You gently helped the one climbing on the shelves down to stand on the floor once more, reaching up and pointing at a box.

"This is the one that you want?"

The children nodded eagerly, thanking you when you took the box down and handed it to the tallest. Junsu eagerly held his arms up for you to hold him and you laughed, hoisting him into your arms and turning back to Jimin who was standing in the doorway with a fond smile.

Jimin seemed to snap out of whatever reverie he was in when you two made eye contact, and the blush on his cheeks clued you into the fact that he was even more shy than you'd originally thought him to be.

"Do you guys want to play with us in here?" Jimin recovered from his floundering, bending down to be on eye level with the kids.

"Yes!" Junsu cheered, clapping his tiny hands and smiling up at you. You cooed, ushering the kids inside Jimin's room and setting Junsu down when the others sat.

"Okay, Y/N, do you know how to play Life?"

You nodded, watching as Jimin opened the box to the game. You let the children pick their cars first, taking whatever color was left after that.

"Okay, let's play."
