Sylvie smiled as she looked at herself in the mirror. Today was her first official day at Star Shade, and she was more than eager to start fresh. She had been told that several humans had joined the academy as well, however, she shouldn't be worried about them since most of them knew about the secret life of monsters that inhabited the world around them. After Sylvie took the time to make sure that she looked nice she sprayed herself with some perfume and began to walk out of the building and onto the true campus of Star Shade.
As Sylvie began to walk towards the building in front of her Sylvie heard some footsteps approaching her from behind. Sylvie turned hearing this and saw Jason coming towards her and smiled. "Hey Sylvie wait up," Jason said as he continued to run towards her before eventually coming to her side. "Glad I was able to catch you before classes started," Jason said panting slightly, as he looked at the female.
"It's been a while," Sylvie said as she looked at the male in front of her causing Jason to smile a bit nervously and nod.
"Yeah I know, I've been a little busy. I decided to wait until the last moment before getting everything I needed. So I've spent the past week scrambling to get all the stuff I needed," Jason said as he looked at the female in front of her causing Sylvie to chuckle slightly and nod. "So anyway, what's your first class? Maybe we got a few together?" Jason asked as he looked at the female in front of him.
"Well first I have gym class," Sylvie said with a sigh. "I thought for sure that once I got out of high school I wouldn't have to worry about any more of this physical education crap," Sylvie said as she looked at the male in front of her.
"And if you were a human you'd be right," Jason said as he looked at the female in front of him. "This is done so that monsters can have some fun once they get out of school. After all, you played volleyball with us before, you should know there's a world of difference between playing with monsters and playing with humans. Imagine how boring being on track was for monsters like me, I had to hold back a lot of my full potential so that they could keep up with me," Jason said as he looked at the female in front of him.
Sylvie nodded in understanding hearing this and continued to walk towards the building. "Relax, I'm sure you'll be great," Jason said as he looked at the female next to him causing Sylvie to nod.
"Come to think of it, what's your first class?" Sylvie asked as she looked at the male in front of her.
"It's aquatic botany, which is a good thing for me, I'm getting tired of eating the wrong kinds of plants thinking they're seaweed and getting sick," Jason said as he looked at the female in front of him. Sylvie nodded hearing this and the two continued to walk down the streets together. However, their conversation came to an end when they reached a tall building that Sylvie had come to know as the campus gym. "Anyway, I'll see you later," Jason said with a smile as he looked at the female in front of him with a smile.
Sylvie nodded hearing this and began to walk into the building. When she did she seen several people stretching at several different parts of the building. As well as several that were already playing several different types of sports. As she looked around she saw a familiar figure getting ready to walk into the changing room and smiled as she ran after her. "Ashley wait up!" Sylvie said as she began running towards the female.
When she did Ashley stopped and turned to see who had called out to her and relaxed slightly seeing Sylvie running towards her. Ashley smiled seeing this and waited for her to approach. "Hey Sylvie, how can I help you?" Ashley asked as she looked at the female in front of her.
"I was hoping that I could play with you since I don't really know anyone else here," Sylvie said as she looked at the male in front of her. Ashley nodded as she walked into the locker room and noticed several other girls there as well.
