“What's so important that you need to go to your office in the middle of our date?” Cass questions, still irritated.

Oh boy. I'm so glad she can't see me.

“Uh, it's a….surprise.” Mel answers.

Cass holds her purse close to her stomach, “I'm not a fan of surprises.”

Mel grins and slides over to lean close to Cass, “You know, there's nothing like a surprise party.” Oh no, he's going into his geek mood about surprise parties. “The bond shared by a group of people hiding and waiting in the dark.”

Cass raises a brow, “I guess.”

I mentally hit my head.

“Wouldn't it be great if there was something that would make you invisible so that you could have the ultimate surprise party?” Mel smirks while holding up his hands.

Cass is looking at him like he's crazy. “Are you feeling okay?” She moves closer to the door.

I kick his leg.

“Ow!” He rubs his leg and scoots away from her. “Yes. Sorry. I just get really excited about things sometimes.” He says in slight pain.

“Like surprise parties?” Cass asked.

“Yeah, uh it's uh, rich person thing. You wouldn't understand.” Mel waves it off.

“Yeah you're right about that.” Cass looks out the window.

Finally!! We pull up in front of Krei Tech. I couldn't stand the weird conversation they were having. I get out first and follow Mel inside the building. He seemed really nervous when walking up to the front desk.

"Hi. Uh, I'm-" Mel gets cut off by the security guard who sits up quickly with a nervous smile of his own.

"Mr. Krei! Workin' late?"

"Oh, uh, is that something I would do?" Mel grunts when I nudge his arm and faintly whisper a yes. "Th-th-then yes. Yes, I am." Mel straights up and walks off with his hands behind his back.

I hear the guard let out a deep breath and I roll my eyes, "We have to be quick, Mel. I have a feeling Krei might have gotten a hold of Big Hero 6 and YOU have to at least take Miss Cass home." I cross my arms at him while he head up into Krei's office.

"Okay, okay. Don't be so pushy." Mel pouts and hands me Krei's ID card after I tie the invisibility blanket around my like a cape.

Hold up! I snatch it and glare at Mel, "Seriously?! You could've done this by yourself! I thought Krei would've left this at home or something." I wave the ID card.

Mel laughs nervously, "I-I well, I didn't want to do this alone."

I facepalm and groan while handing it back, "Just get the files."

The secret draw in the wall comes out as Mel flips through many files, which I wonder what they are, before pulling out one folder. "Check and mate." He opens it and shows me the plans which I quickly take pictures.

"Yoh!" Mel squeak at something behind me.

Oh no. Okay, yeah. It's obvious the Big Hero 6 is here. I turn around aaaand, Yep. And Krei too. "Surprise!" They all say. A surprise indeed.
